Would leave 0 starts if I could. I ordered a gift 2 weeks prior to needing and paid extra for express shopping. After 5 days of no movement of order I reached out to customer service. They advised me ordered were processed in 2-5 days. 6 business days later and the order still wasn’t shipped. Customer service was rude and could care less when I needed the order. Overpriced as well. Would not recommend or use this company again. I’ve ordered things like this from other sites and had a much better experience.

This company has great customer service, an easy to navigate website when ordering and adorable products. I ordered personalized pajamas as a Christmas gift and I am very happy with the results. I can't wait for my sister to open this gift, she will love the pj's with her pups face and name on them!

I ordered the pajama pants for my sister for Christmas with all four of her animals, and they are so cute! Unfortunately, two of her dogs are seriously ill, so they'll be a good remembrance for her. They were so easy to order, and the shipping/tracking was timely and arrived on time. I can't wait to give them to her!

The ordering process was easy & fast. They sent me emails updating me of the progress. It took a few days then I got an email letting me know my item was on the way. It was delivered & the item was perfect.

From ordering to shipping to receiving I didnt have to worry about my order I had updates. The Item I received was even better than I thought it would be. I had a treat bag personalized the photo was clear the bag was way better quality than I thought it would be. Very Pleased

Misleading arrival times. Item promised with a 10 day lead time. 2 weeks later, item is still in China. Please be aware that items come from China. You are better off ordering directly from China, pay a third of the price. I ordered my items because I was under the impression it was coming from USA. I would not have ordered Christmas gifts on 12/1 knowing it’s coming from China. Filing a report with credit card company. You are warned. Emails are AI responses.

BEWARE!!!! Advertised an American company, doesn't disclose items are from Asia and communist countries. Items take a very long to to arrive or not at all. Tracking is worthless. Still waiting for the item i ordered (because i thought it was an American made product, not from China). The company advertises it is an American company out of New York but doesn't disclose product is made overseas. Do not support this company, support actual American companies with American made merchandise not communism.

I had a custom ornament made from one of my daughter’s engagement photos. The ornament is super high-quality and very thick acrylic material. It’s very cool because it is dual sided. What an amazing product they make at GeckoCustom! I will definitely be back for more!

Excellent customer service. I sent an email regarding a purchase I made (the personalized face pajama pants) and they responded in a timely manner with more than enough information regarding the order. It actually arrived the day after I sent the email but the promptness and thoroughness is appreciated. It took awhile (3 weeks) but I ordered with that in mind knowing it would take a bit. Would order again.
