Scam, never received item, just fake evri tracking when I asked why they sent me another tracking ref from china with today’s date! I have registered it with my bank to get a chargeback for fraud

Bone conduction headphones not working within warranty. Contacted company. They were happy for me to send video. 2 months on haven't returned or acknowledged an email

Avoid!
Bought a pair of bone conducting headphones from this company, they came from China in Chinese packaging with the brand stated not shown anywhere. They were faulty as they would not charge fully, took over 20 emails to get them to agree to a refund however refused to cover the cost of returning the items!
Follow up review. Buyer Beware - Scam company.
I recently wrote a review of this company and now I want to add an update. Please everyone beware of this company they are not to be trusted. I returned the faulty product as detailed in my last review. I thought it strange that they asked me not to write anything other than the return address on the package. I however did this and put my name and postcode on the package. Today my postman delivered the package back to my home. The message written on the package by the receiver said This is a private address not a business. It is a scam. So think twice before ordering anything from this company. I cannot say this too much or loud enough. The products are very poor quality and if you manage to get a refund the address they give you will not be genuine.
Nightmare
I bought a steering wheel lock states universal but doesn’t fit even though we checked the size of our steering wheel. Offered 30% refund which is no good to us , still waiting for a reply as how to send it back to get our refund
TERRIBLE COMPANY
Terrible company to get in touch with. They won't honor their products, and their products are crap. Ordered headphones that did not work, and they refused to accept a return or issue a refund I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
GearTekk
I recently made a purchase of heated gloves from this company, when the shipping details started arriving I became suspicious. I was receiving emails and updates from EMI, MJ and GERALD. These names rang a bell in relation to a long dispute I had with a company called GADJET AMP. I am convinced that these companies operate in tandem. Armed with my previous experience of poor and defective goods and 34 emails to get a refund, I decided to head them off at the pass.
I contacted GearTekk and requested a refund whilst the gloves were in transit. I was informed to DECLINE to accept the package from the delivery driver and a full refund would be given when this was confirmed. Two days later a re full refund was paid back into my pay pal account! So to be fair I do not rate the company but on this occasion customer service did do a good job and did what they said they would do. Be assertive and determined and you will get your refund….
SCAM
Worst experience ever, very poor communication between them, after 3 weeks and after received a email 5 weeks ago saying that my good was on its way, they lied , they did not shipped to me.
When I ask for refund, they even say that will take 75 days to process
DO NOT buy from geartekk.com
DO NOT buy from geartek.com
Bought some open water bone conductor headphones, worked for about 6 wks but then they died. Can’t charge them up.
Prior to that I had issues with the volume button not working and adding music but I persevered.
Had lots of emailing with the company who offered me replacement but I need to pay $20 (clearly not based in Uk) even though website shows a Uk address.
The emails are pleasant enough but seriously lacking in providing a decent product or providing a refund for faulty products.
Won’t ever use them again as I’m still battling to get a refund
Money refunded
I ordered bone conduction headphones. Unfortunately they weren't in stock so I was offered an alternative. As they wouldn't be delivered in the original timeframe, I requested a refund. After a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, I copied PayPal into my email requesting a refund again. The money arrived in my bank today.
The same as reported before
The same as reported before (oh, how I wish I'd checked with Trust Pilot before I ordered) - I ordered a named brand of waterproof headphones and I've received a box with Chinese writing on it which doesn't indicate that the goods are waterproof - they are clearly a 'knock off' pair of Chinese tat. I've emailed them to return them and just hope PayPal will assist with a refund. I should have known better. So cross.
Ordered some trail cams from them…
Ordered some trail cams from them months ago. The delivery company they used tried to deliver to a business address on a Saturday when I advised we were closed. Weeks of various complaints went in by me and always had a response with its on its way. I demanded a full refund repeatedly and never received anything, other than an offer to pay additional fees to have my goods sent to me. Tried to get my money back with the credit card company but as I used PayPal they walked away. PayPal were also useless and didn’t want to know.
Do not buy anything from them as at best they are scammers.
Deceptive advertising and webpage you don’t get what you order
I ordered a pair of swimming bone conduction headphones based on their impressive website. What arrived was nothing like what was pictured. No reference to the company - a different box and with bold Chinese writing. They looked like the many cheap Chinese imports seen on sites like eBay (but sold by this company at a higher price) - so much so I thought at first some big mistake had been made. Turns out that despite their webpage, they are bringing in cheap looking Chinese products and that is what you will get if you purchase from this company.
Chinese scam companySame as everyone else
Same as everyone else. They lied on their website about a metal detector with all sorts of claims of what it would do. When it came I realised they had totally tricked me into buying a useless piece of rubbish that only detected from 2 inches away when metal just laid on floor!!! Asked for refund and they would only offer 15 percent back. THIS IS A CHINESE SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM..YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!
CHEAP RUBBISH!!!!
CHEAP RUBBISH!!!!
Paid £60 for knee pads, fell apart after 3 weeks.
Won’t give me a refund 🤬
I ordered a steering wheel lock that…
I ordered a steering wheel lock that was universal, it did not fit my vehicle. I have been offered various discounts to keep the item and been told to donate the product to a friend or charity. I will be out of pocket if I accept their offers. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY their customer service team are appalling. I rang their advertised number and reached a company in Dartford Kent.
APPALLING AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Trek Bud walking poles
I ordered a pair of Trek Bud walking poles, which I had seen recommended in a review.
What arrived, was a Chinese copy, called Tannerdd which while they appear to be well made, are not what I ordered.
The contact email they give, does not exist, nor have I been able to contact them by telephone. So I am stuck with them.
I would not use this company, you have been warned!!
Product is faulty and getting them to…
Product is faulty and getting them to accept a return almost impossible
I NEVER RECEIVED MY PURCHASE!
DO NOT ORDER FROM GEARTEKK!..Its been a month since I ordered a game cam from this company and still have NOT received it! All communication is answered with canned answers by bots! No phone customer service..They represented themselves as being based in the United States but now i find out they are not.
If anyone receives a return label with…Patricia Ferguson
If anyone receives a return label with the name "Patricia Ferguson" on it. This is a scam as i am a pensioner living in Bedfordshire and have no connection with any company. I have received several packages requesting refunds (which obviously I know nothing about). The "company" will then say, sorry we never received the item so can't refund!
Do not use this company I would score…
Do not use this company I would score less than one star if I could .I ordered walking poles .They came broken .When you try and communicate with company just get answered by bots .They wanted me to send poles back to China ( expecting you to pay postage ) I have given up which is what they want you to do
