This is a terrible company .

I had to chase them several times for my item . They told me it was in transit .it took weeks to get to me .
The description wasn’t fully accurate and I can’t use it snd again have had no reply when requesting a refund .

A very misleading company AVOID
Suggesting it’s uk is inaccurate . It’s comes from South Asia . By rickshaw!
Ordered 24 November RAPTOR VOLT , it stated stock on the .co.uk www . It arrived 16 dec . The packaging completely insufficient for a device with large capacity lithium ion battery pack . NO UN label on packaging which is illegal in itself , the product box wrapped in thin single layer bubble . Due to wait I purchased from another source a different product considerably cheaper and in a strong carry case etc , product quality of this raptor SEEMS INFERIOR FEEL. . Return policy of company means it nor worthwhile . 50% refund only unless faulty but you pay for shipping and duties to South Asia ! Proves they lied when said they shipped from Asia as out of stock in uk so I got quickly ! If that were true it could be returned to uk location . So in short I can not recommend the company or product at all

Website is a ".co.UK" - but is actually a company in China.
The "free shipping" which is reasonable for a UK business is clearly nonsense for a Chinese company, as it makes no account for VAT or Customs fees.
The Chinese address given on the website is exactly the same as well over a dozen other companies.
The website was only registered 30/09/25.
I contacted them for refund, using their own shipping link to show it had not yet been picked up by the carrier - they claimed "syncing error" and that it had been collected days ago. (Days later, courier website still shows uncollected).
When I told them I was initiating a chargeback with my credit card, they immediately offered a 50% refund if I cancelled the chargeback - despite them claiming the goods had already been sent.
Add it all up, clearly this is not a legit company.

UPDATE 27th Jan. I emailed them three times (as per the instructions on their website) over several days to initiate a return. They ignored all the emails.

And finally: my bank completed their investigation, and has refunded me in full. Guess that tells you all you need to know about this "company".

UPDATE 30th Jan: ....and what a shock - the website has been taken down. Still, I'm sure we'll see these thieves pop up again.
