This store is absolutely amazing! They have a lot of variety, especially when it comes to tech products. The quality is also really good and I would highly recommend. The customer service is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable which made or easier to shop and the delivery was really fast. All in all as I’ve said I highly recommend!!

Don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I ordered a climbing Star Jasmine plant, at a very reasonable price with free delivery. Anyone living in Northern Ireland will know it is virtually impossible to get any GB company to deliver plants (amongst other things) to this wee part of the UK, so yes, I did have some concerns. However, the reassurances from the team at Gearcourt (Ben in particular) proved trustworthy. The plant was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition within 48 hours. And at almost 6ft in height, I was delighted with how established it is for the price. Ben went out of his way to maintain contact with me prior to and after the delivery - this level of customer service is extremely rare nowadays. I would highly recommend Gearcourt, and will use them again without hesitation - a definite 5 star experience for me.

Absolute scammers! I purchased 2 plants from this company, and after two months, I’m still waiting for a refund as I never received the plants.
I receive the tracking number and on the day that delivery was supposedly attempted the Restaurant was open since 12 o’clock and the tracking said that the courier attempted delivery at 1:39 which is not true because we were open and we had customers so they did not try to deliver anything.
I contacted the company and they tried to get me to go to the Depot which is miles away to pick up the items and I told them that I have no way to get to the company and I had already paid for postage, so I don’t see why I should have to pick up. They also claimed that I received a calling card which I did not, I called the local Depot, they told me the only way that I can receive the plant is if I pick it up myself . Customer service is appalling with someone called Ben stating that it’s not his faults if the restaurant was closed when it clearly was not as delivery was attempted at 1.39 pm.
I have made several requests using the chat for a refund and nothing has been received so far. Avoid at all cost.

Plant was really badly packaged, 3 stems were broken I had to cut off 2 foot off the plant which had the most growth but the stems were snapped where it had been folded to fit into the box. Other stems were bare. Customer services have been awful from the start I'm not sending it back purely because I can't stand another second talking to anyone from this business. I've cut away all the broken and damaged bits and I'm left with half a plant to try and revive. I've bought plants online before and never had a problem but this is beyond awful. If I saw this plant in a garden centre it would be a hard pass. Usually people who sell maintain a standard I assume that they themselves would be happy with but I feel I have been taken for a ride here. Didn't see these other reviews until after it was too late unfortunately.

I have ordered Acer Palmatum Tree from Gearcourt as sent on time.Im satisfied to see the product with result.Nothing was damaged nor mangled when irdered. Very pleased with its quality.

My order delivered without issues. Little delayed because bank holiday but everything ok. Good customer service. Don't had to wait long for answer.

Ordered 10 established assorted shrubs from this company after viewing the photo on the website
The photo shows 10 different well established plants with a pair of secateurs to show the size.
When the box arrived to say I was disappointed is an understatement
The plants from base of container to top were 7 inches and would need approx 2 years before classed as established .
Also only 5 variables in species.
Contacting the company I was told I had ordered a mystery box with small shrubs.
Even sending screen shot of my order didn't alter what they said.
I asked for details to return this £70 box of shrubs that would be worth £20.
I sent straight back and proved proof of postage but was told would only be refunded when they received the package back.
Avoid this company.
