The picture used for selling this item was beautiful and made it look like a 3D image of a butterfly. The printing was concise and clear. The item I received was basically a picture of a butterfly and blurry printing. Will not order from this company again. Very disapointed.

Ordered the heart pendant necklace looks good but the only problem is that the words get smaller and is kind of hard to read.Maybe if it was a little larger it would be a lot easier to read what it says.

Very satisfied with product and color and timeliness of recieving items.

Received my cofee mug today...it was broken in half.Did a few photos as requisted by the supprt team and mailed it to them and within 10 minutes i received a mail back from the support team requested me do i want a replacement or refund needles to say i requested a replacement and 5 minutes later i got another email confirming my new mug will be delivered pretty soon.Well im happy and that was just excelent service from these guys and garls.Keep up the good work
