I have 2negative points.
1: First they told me I have to pay 40 GBP for the shipping with DHL to the Philippines . 1 hour later they txt me I have to pay 80 GBP. more. Thats really not good they have to know this before normaly.
2: they give me for the additional payment a wrong info for transfer the money with PayPal.
But all the service was good they txt me always fast back on whats up.

Ordered a genuine VW DSG clutch pack (DQ381) using the correct VW part number via eBay, as TPS had the part on back order. The item was supplied by Gearbox Oils.

We are IMI-accredited and qualified in DSG clutch fitting, with the correct tooling, and have carried out this job many times. On fitting, we discovered the cover plate was 4mm too long, something not immediately visible when comparing. This caused internal gearbox damage and required a replacement gearbox.

The clutch pack was returned for refund, but the seller disputed it with false claims that we swapped it for a used part. We still have the original gearbox, old clutch packs, and full photographic evidence of the procedure.

Instead of accepting responsibility for what appears to be a mis-packaged or incorrect part, the seller denied liability, leaving us out of pocket for a costly repair. Very disappointing experience.
