Outstanding Service and Professionalism
I recently purchased several Ubiquiti UniFi networking products (including a Dream Machine Pro, U7 Pro access points, and a Pro Max PoE switch), and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the overall experience.
Initially, I encountered issues with the online payment methods not going through. I reached out to customer service and received an immediate response. Rohith Ravindran was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. He was highly responsive, communicated clearly, and demonstrated strong technical knowledge of the products. He guided me smoothly through completing the purchase via bank transfer and even assisted in manually adding the purchase points to my active account upon request.
The order was shipped promptly via DHL. There was a one-day delivery delay - something I hadn’t even noticed - but Rohith proactively reached out to ensure everything was on track. When I contacted DHL, they confirmed the shipment was out for delivery and informed me that the sender had already contacted them to ensure timely handling. That level of follow-up and ownership is rare.
All equipment arrived exactly as ordered, and the packaging was excellent. Everything was secure, well-protected, and in perfect condition.
I am extremely pleased with both the products and the outstanding customer service. This is how professional online retail should be handled. I will definitely purchase from them again.
