DO NOT use for sending parcels OVERSEAS
This saga has gone on for TWO MONTHS and still my parcel is not delivered. Do not use these guys to send a parcel to USA. They have no capability for handling US inward customs clearance, and have held my parcel now for some months. The parcel was sent to USA and arrived, and then due to a failure to use the paperwork that I had provided the parcel bounced back to Malaysia. Some WEEKS later they get it back in USA and then say that there is IMPORT DUTY payable, and are incapable of arguing that it is RETURNED USA SOLD GOODS and therefore not dutiable. Honestly it is a few MYR more to send by DHL so I would recommed that (Imago KK), and they are SO EFFICIENT. Please don't put yourself through the pain that I have gone through.
