No communication, no goods, asked for a refund and they never gave me back my money (it is already April now)! I placed an order on 01-02-2023 and received no updates.

After contacting GDD cosmetics about this, they sent an automatic email stating my order was completed however I neither received the goods nor received any information about potential delivery. I asked for a refund and they said they would give me back the money - no surprise, they did not. Buy elsewhere, this is a scam

I am absolutely not happy with my experience in this website!! My order was supposed to arrive the start of this week since I live in Belgium.( I paid 7.90€ for delivery)
I didn’t received any Track and trace information and my order appears as processing for severals days now!
I have sent several chatters to know what is going on with my order and there is not response ! It Is an scam! I requested my money back.. let’s hope they will give it back !!!!

When I email them, they respond quickly.

Great service! Placed an order on a Friday, didn’t get an email confirmation, called and was told there was a problem with their system. Received my order the next day (Saturday).

First, I bought several things a few months ago. It was a mess: no data updated on the website, no confirmation email, no invoice... I thought it was a scam, I had to contact them to check and they made me trust it. Then they didn't have part of the products purchased (although they were available on the website), so they called me to change them for others. Finally, the order arrived and I was partially satisfied because they were nice.

So I decided to give them a second chance. This week I bought a new order of several products. Again no confirmation, no email, no nothing. I had to contact them personally to check that everything was ok (that website is a mess). They said yes but "one product it is our of stock". I don't understand, why do you offer it on the webshop?. Well, the result: they have cancelled the ENTIRE order because days later they discovered that order products were also out of stock. They didn't send me an email to inform me about it, though: I had to contact them personally to find out that my order was cancelled. Buying here is a HUGE waste of personal time and energy. It is a complete mess. I won't buy here again.
