Through lounge/dining room carpet fitted this morning. The two fitters, Nathan and Cole, did an excellent job and had the carpet fitted and cleaned up within a couple of hours. Many thanks, definitely recommend.

Very helpful staff The carpet fiyters Owen and Cole did a first class job at fitting my landing and stairs.Then the icing on cake they hoovered all the bits up.

Steve fitted our LVT flooring and it’s absolutely amazing. Steve is a great guy, clearly passionate and conscientious about his work and a pleasure to have working in your home.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish from the sales team to the guys who delivered and fitted our carpet and the guys who brought our suite and fitted it together. Nothing was too much trouble. Can't thank the team enough .Over the moon with the quality and service thank you so much

Super service from GCW and in particular Steve our fitter. A multi room installation of LVT fitted to perfection by a conscientious, tidy and friendly fitter . Steves detail and thought into layout and options for us was super and he was happy to work with us on priorities for rooms and work around our challenges.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Mike was very professional and helpful. Will definitely use GCW again!

We had our fourth floor fitted with vinyl, the dining room this time. It looks fantastic. Mike and Dan were the fitters this time and did a lovely job. All the fitters from GCW have been very professional, polite and friendly. We would recommend this company if you want a fantastic job done at a reasonable price.

Great service from fitters Owen, Cole and Liam, I would give them 5 stars. It was clear they had great knowledge of what they were doing and went to every effort to make sure that our flooring was fitted well and on time.
Not as impressed with the customer service from those that came out to do our floor inspection before our floor was laid and the lady in the shop who we spoke to after the floor inspection. We asked for quotes for the sub floor to be featherbladed and fully screeded when the inspection took place on 7th November. At the inspection I explained that the flooring would be for 1.5-2 years before a kitchen remodel so if the screeding price was very high then we would decline this and just have the featherblading done. Having not heard anything from anyone regarding a quote we went into the shop the weekend before our floor was due to be fitted to pay our remaining bill and ask about the quote. We learned that an incorrect number had been called and a voicemail message had been left with the quotes - there had been no efforts made to chase up with us so we were unaware of a quote being given. In the shop the lady that served us told us that we wouldn’t be able to be fitted in to be screeded before our flooring was due to be fitted and our flooring would be delayed if we decided to go with the screeding. The lady looked at the photographs of the floor taken on the flooring inspection and assured us that featherblading would be suitable as we only intended to keep the flooring for 1.5-2years before a kitchen remodel.
When the fitters arrived to fit the floor they had a different opinion and explained they were concerned our flooring would not last without full screeding. They were really helpful and offered to work extra hours/days to ensure that the screeding could be done and the flooring laid before Christmas as promised.
The fitters rang the office to get this authorised and were told that they had to just proceed with the featherblading as we “hadn’t wanted to pay for the full screeding a week ago”. This was completely false information - what we didn’t want to do was have a delay to our flooring being fitted as a result of the error of the shop in ringing an incorrect number with details of our quote. The fitters worked really hard to featherblade what needed doing.
I’ve always used and recommended GCW and I cannot fault the fitters at all but I am disappointed with the failings in basic customer service we have received on this occasion.

We had our hall & stairs carpet fitted today by Owen & Nathan , two lovely friendly lads very professional they have done a brilliant job ! Thankyou lads , this is the 3rd time we have used GCW & would definitely recommend them the guys in the shop are very friendly & helpful too

Harvey was very helpful and friendly and very accommodating when we needed the carpet fitting as early as possible and Mike and Owen did a great job of fitting carpet would recommend.

We recently purchased a new bedroom carpet and bed. We received polite, friendly and professional service from Lyndsey. The fitters rang to let us know their ETA, which we really appreciated. A huge thank you to Owen and Dan who fitted our carpet quickly and efficiently including hoovering it afterwards! Also, to Matt and Liam who delivered and assembled our bed. All these guys were polite, courteous, very efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend GCW and will definitely use again! Patrick H.

I would highly recommend GCW for their superb service and for their understanding in helping us finish the work within our time frame. The lady in the shop and the person actually laying the floor were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the procedure. We will definitely go back to GCW for any future flooring needs. From start to finish exceptional service from GCW. The fitting team for our bedroom carpet were so polite and professional and Andre was superb in dealing with my error of ordering the carpet too short! He went over and above to get another carpet for me and the fitters back the same day. Cant thank the team enough. As always our first choice for flooring.

Recently had some coir matting & vinyl flooring installed by a team consisting of Mike, Cole & Owen and yet again a great job by GCW. Nothing was too much trouble & as always went above & beyond especially when installing the vinyl flooring around the bath in the bathroom.
