I highly recommend their service. The person that was handling my requests was very nice and answered all of my questions clearly everytime. And the translator's work was excellent.

It took three weeks, and I didn't like the process; it was very slow. Also, the originals arrived folded in a letter envelope. The correct thing to do was send them in a large 8 x 11 envelope so the paper wouldn't bend. Because they are originals.

On the first page of the validation, they should clarify or eliminate the alternatives for non-validated studies and non-validated profession.
The correct thing to do is to indicate that the university or seminary is not validated in the United States, because it confuses the answer.
Then they clarify this at the bottom of the first page when they provide the equivalent.
Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you.

The first version of the documents was incorrect. First, there were typos in the translations. Second, the grade conversion was not right.

However, the corrections were made as needed and the final version is fine.
