Never received zelle payment and gift card was drained order PRIMO-259AOO-AF8A. Im not selling gift cards for the fun of it. I need to buy groceries for my kid. You will have to answer to a higher power one day for your evil behavior of scamming people. I don't have much but I try to give back when I can and scamming people is sickening. well I'm on day 13 and no transfer has been made to my account but they took the gift card $ on july 5 u never can speak to a live person its always a robot this makes no sense at all besides they r scamming ppl N we need figure out a way to stop dis and innocent hard working ppl get there things back....

Do not trust this place it is a scam this guy Justin stole my 200 gift card and after 7 days the card was already used and still showing that the card was only received and not even that was verified on their part even tho they used the card completely.. you will never be able to speak to a human PRIMO-EE5540-9E6A

Wish I had read all the comments on here before I gave them the info. My gift card balance was taken and no payment. Texted with AI and kept getting run around.

This company based on the other reviews definitely scams people from their money. Pls beware and check these reviews actually before inputting your gift card info in! Had a gift card valued at $160 i tried with this company, 18 hours later still no response after i put in the info. Went to visa’s website to check my card balance, and the statement says it’s been used at a company called uniquephoto.com on a purchase for $156.70 leaving only a $3.30 balance. Now im in the process of disputing and hoping i can manage to get some sort of refund, but please dont let the trust pill it link on their website credit them for being reliable! YOU WILL BE LEFT DISAPPOINTED and SHORTHANDED

Received my payment in the end but I had to wait longer than expected. Customer support did keep me updated which I appreciated.

DO NOT BELIEVE you will be paid in 8 hours or less. I have been waiting MORE THAN 4 DAYS!!!!!! And the status hasn't changed once. I believe I got scammed. Idk why I didn't go here first and read the reviews. They took the money frim my card 4 days ago and I haven't been paid

This is ridiculous..no email response..money already removed off my submitted cards..no human response...just a bot..i just want my payout what do i have to do

It's been a week. Chat has told me more times than I've bothered to keep track of I'm being rerouted to a human team for PRIMO724F6A8F03. Why sending payment for a card you already cleared out is so difficult is beyond me. This is an emergency I trusted you to simply do what your site said to help with and instead it's just lie after lie and letdown after letdown.

I posted my gift card almost two days ago and I have reached out to chat numerous times with generic answers from AI promising that a supervisor will be in contact with me in any minute now but it's been lies after lies after lies I want to cancel my card and do business somewhere else they have a listed phone number that does not work there has not been any updates on my account I will never do business here again and I suggest that anybody else wanting to sell gift card look elsewhere. And on their website they claim to have 5 stars on Trust Pilot but as you see it's much lower. That alone should steer anyone away.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. THIS SITE IS A SCAM. They drain the value of your gift card and never give you the quoted payout. I’ve contacted them directly for three days and they kept saying the verification of gift card funds was under review however when I checked the balance of the card it was $0.00. On their website they show a trust pilot rating of five stars. I blame myself in part for not vetting the company. I was naive and thought it was legit. Do not do business with this company.

The service is legitimate and I got paid, but the approval process took a few days. Not a bad experience overall.

I submitted 5 Gift Cards totaling $431.00 on July 9th and I am getting no responses.My family is in a very difficult financial situation and we really need the money to buy groceries and the reason I turned to this website to sell our gift cards. This is the wort customer service I ever experienced they get ur trust and repeat over and over its i tried canceling but the refuse to do so

I submitted a $100 Lululemon gift card to GC Primo on June 27, 2026 and selected PayPal as my payout method.

I received a reference number, but never received a confirmation email. Since submitting the card, its balance has been reduced to $0, yet I have not received payment.

I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times but have not received a response.

I hope GC Primo resolves this issue by processing my payment. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect a positive outcome.

I would not recommend GCPrimo based on my experience.

I submitted my Apple gift card, and the balance was taken, but I have not received any payout. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting an update and have received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed for customer service, but it does not appear to work.

At this point, I have no communication, no payment, and no way to get assistance. Because of that, I feel like I may have been scammed. If there is a legitimate explanation, I would appreciate someone from GCPrimo contacting me and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend using this service.
