Worst minecraft hosting ever

Worst Minecraft server hosting ever ,my server crashes everytime i start it in a few seconds , I have not even played it once😑.I raised a ticket and have not even gotten a response from the staff , what a stupid customer service , I don't know about other servers but don't buy Minecraft servers , it's a waste of money , aternos have better free services than them

I bought a server of 8 gb ram they…

I bought a server of 8 gb ram they suspendednmy server and said i was ddoing my own server thats their logic which dosent even makes appropriate sense. 2 days later whole ryzen 9 node was down till aprox 1 month and when asked for refund they suspended my server and said i was ddoing the node.
