We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Tulum, Mexico, and I cannot say enough amazing things about Global Reservations! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The booking process was smooth, communication was clear and timely, and every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism.

Our accommodations were absolutely beautiful exactly as described (if not better!). The location was perfect, close to restaurants, beaches, and all the vibrant energy that makes Tulum so special. It truly felt like a curated experience rather than just a trip.

Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we felt supported the entire time. Traveling can sometimes feel stressful, but Global Reservations made everything effortless so we could focus on relaxing and enjoying ourselves.

Wow what an experience we had in Tulum with global reservations! They were very attentive, every single time I texted them they replied within seconds. They gave us recommendations and helped us out with every need. They’re the type of concierge service to really go above and beyond. We celebrated birthdays and had romantic dinners that they helped execute and they exceeded our expectations every time. They’re were very accommodating with every need and made us feel at home for the week.

Global Reservations made my trip such a breeze! They booked all of our dinners, tables, cabanas, etc and had amazing recommendations. It was truly like having a personal assistant on my trip. Definitely recommend!

The concierge provided activity ideas that were great. We highly recommend Vesica and Rosa Negra as well as the Private Chef service. Chef Matias was wonderful. Our drivers were fantastic, Christian, Luis and Arturo.

The concierge reacted quickly to any needs we had during the trip.

We also highly recommend Tattoolum. If you are looking for tattoos, Carlos is amazing! Very professional and clean studio.

We also recommend Il Bacaro for authentic Italian food and a great atmosphere.

We also had a medical issue during our trip, the Concierge was very helpful and attentive.

We would stay again.

Whenever something in our schedule didn’t go according to plan, they were quick to step in, offer thoughtful alternatives, and adjust without missing a beat.

Their deep knowledge of the area made all the difference. Every recommendation, whether it was a restaurant, beach club, driver, or experience, was perfectly aligned with what I didn’t even know I needed. For example, I told them I wanted a spa day on my birthday, and I wanted to do 2 hours at Vesica. The concierge paused and said plainly “Teresa. The place is so beautiful, you’re going to want more than that.” And he was ABSOLUTELY right. They took time to understand my vision and somehow elevated it at every turn, curating an experience that felt completely personalized and luxurious.

What stood out most was their flexibility, patience, and professionalism throughout. I never felt like just another guest—they treated my trip like it mattered. Thanks to them, every moment exceeded my expectations.

We stayed at Barney’s in Tulum with a group of 24 people. They worked hand in hand step by step with us building a perfect itinerary for our very large group to enjoy private chefs, amazing dinners, great nights out and so much more…
They were prompt in their replies and very professional. It’s not easy with this many people and when we made some adjustments along the way they were happy to help make it work for us. I highly recommend using them and I will definitely use them for all our future travel needs.

I went to tulum with global reservations and it was amazing! I was apprehensive at first and felt like we could plan our own trip but after going with them, I wouldn’t have been able to plan the trip they planned for us. Their communication was great, they answered all of our questions and were always very helpful. They have a really good knowledge of the place and sent us to really good beach clubs in the area. We are planning on going to Ibiza next year and will definetly be choosing them to plan our trip again!

We recently used Global Reservations for a bachelorette trip and they went above and beyond for us. The house itself was gorgeous and welcoming. They left sweet bridesmaid bags for each girl as a present. They helped us coordinate transportation and all of the drivers were on time, helpful and kind. They also helped us with excursions. They checked in with us each day and made sure our needs were met. Absolutely recommend staying with them!
