Unreliable Seller with Faulty Downloads and Poor Support

Watch out for possible scam - recently purchased a digital product ("Train the Trainer 1 – T. Harv Eker") from GBesy.com and had a very disappointing experience. After paying for the item, I received a faulty download link that led to a "404 Not Found" page.

When I contacted customer support, I was given vague promises that the issue would be resolved. Despite follow-ups through both email and live chat, the seller did not aprovide a working download link or any alternative means to access the product. At one point, they even stopped responding to my messages altogether.

I had to escalate the issue through PayPal, and thankfully I received an instant refund, which makes me wonder if this is a recurring problem with this seller.

If you’re considering making a purchase from GBesy.com, I would strongly advise against it. Their service is subpar, and they don’t seem to care about fulfilling orders or resolving issues in a timely manner.
