In my last order, the parcel was misplaced by the postman—it was left in a safe place, as shown in the tracking photo, yet I couldn't locate it.

I reached out to customer service immediately, and I was impressed by their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue. Within a few days, my vitamins were delivered without further complications.
