I ran a fleet of vans in the logistics industry for a number of years.
My experience of fast and efficient repair and livery to my fleet was at best acceptable but more often than not lacklustre and slow moving.
I eventually was fortunate enough to be introduced to Billy and it completely changed my expectations for quality of work done and speed and effeffincy and understanding of the importance of getting my fleet moving again...

I cannot recommend him higher for his quality of work and respectful communication at every point..

Really good experience buying a Ford Transit from Billy. He was sound to deal with from start to finish, really helpful and there was no pressure or usual sales nonsense.

The van was exactly as described and drove brilliantly on the 200-mile trip home. Really happy with it and I’d definitely give Billy a call again next time I’m looking for another van.

Would happily recommend him and his team to anyone.

I bought a transit from this dealership last week, and its been a great Van so far. They had many to choose from but this size and spec was exactly what I needed. The service was tip top professional, they flexed to when i was available and kept reserve 2 I had my eyes on, really appreciated the respect and courtesy I was treated with and the reasonable negotiations we came to agree to. Will definitely be doing business here again and have already sent 2 of my mates.

I can’t recommend Gatwick Commercials highly enough. From the first viewing to driving away, Billy made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely helpful, answering every question without any pressure to buy. Definitely recommend these guys, they know vans inside out.

Avoid this company like the plague. Brought a van off them and on the journey home the engine light comes on the dashboard and a load of errors appear on the diagnostics machine which is costing me hundreds more. I get told this is now ‘my problem’ and no refund was allowed despite a written agreement. Now they are ignoring my messages so I will begin legal proceedings. Please do not do any business with this company, they operate their premise out of a neglected car park and deal in bad faith.

We have dealt with Billy and the team for several years. They remove livery prior to vehicles being removed from site!! They sort all documents same day! Brilliant lads
