I had an excellent experience with Gatwick Audiology from start to finish. They were welcoming, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout my appointment. I left feeling reassured and confident about my hearing health.
I had a truly life changing consultation with Prince today. I came to see him for severe tinnitus. He quickly established that though medically there is nothing wrong with my ears, there were huge gains to be had in the way my hearing aids were set up. I got my aids from a well known High Street dispenser and realised today that I had received a very poor dispensing service from them. Prince really knows the aids and their functionality inside out and was able to substantially alleviate my tinnitus through some adjustments to my aids - something my High Street dispenser never even offered or was aware of. Prince was caring and took his time to ensure I left in a much better place about my hearing than when I arrived. I felt tearful about the distressing symptoms of my tinnitus before today - now I feel much more positive. I would highly recommend his services.
Prince, the principle audiologist, is very professional and knowledgeable. The consultation was very through with removal of ear wax and an in depth hearing test. The results and recommendations were then clearly explained.
