Great for dehydration post surgery 🙂
Post surgery I found I was very dehydrated especially in the extreme heatwave we’re experiencing. Gatorade was highly recommended and I would now recommend to others. I ordered lemon and lime and they taste nice, not too sharp but a lively refreshing taste 🙂
