I make an order since 17th of this month up till now I have not received my order. I only received email on 20th that they will let me know as soon as they receive my parcel.
Please can I have my order as soon as possible.

Delay resolved to my satisfaction
My order was delayed. I received an email explaining the reason for the delay, when I should expect to receive my order and a good will gesture. I am happy with how this has been handled and will be happy to make further purchases in the future.

We had purchased oat from Gateway food online for our family swallow and soup dish. The food is very good quality and the delivery was very fast. We were running out and needed food delivery very quick, the food arrived within 24hrs of placing the order.
