If you could kindly respond to my request from your trustpilot dashboard so that I can obtain your account information to look your account up in our dashboard that would be a huge help since there is no GatesFX account with your name or email.
I would like to also inform you that our firm is not able to "trade against" our traders. Many undisciplined traders blame their broker without understanding how broker systems actually work.
I will break down how systems work so you can see that it isn't possible for us to "trade against you" and ""manipulate the charts".
When you deposit, your funds are credited to our margin account which will cover any live trading activity you execute. Our margin account is connected to our liquidity aggregation hub that is connected to over 200 liquidity providers so you get the lowest spreads and best pricing fees due to the competition between the various liquidity providers wanting to earn our business.
These price feeds come directly from our liquidity providers and the price feed is connected via APi to your trading terminal (MT5 or TradeLocker).
We have no way to "manipulate" price feeds that don't even come from GatesFX. There is nothing between liquidity pricing and your trade terminal. Any price action you see on the chart is actual price movement for the instrument you have on your chart.
Very large firms like exness or vantage do own their own liquidity providers that they can control the price feed to "manipulate price" and "trade against their traders" but there are two reasons why this isn't possible for us.
1. The minimum required to start a liquidity provider is $500 Million. Our firm has not scaled to that revenue mark.
2. This violates our entire moral value structure that our firm was built on. We built GatesFX to stand out from the big firms that do stuff like this so our traders have a safe place to trade with consistent trading conditions they can rely on so they can focus on what matters: their trading.

My experience at GatesFx
By far the best broker I have worked with, as an experienced trader, I know whether or not a broker is honest about their liquidity provider or not, and rest assured that GatesFx is. They are definitely for the traders when it comes to spreads and commissions. I never had any problems with deposits or withdrawals, very fast. Finally, their support is always speedy, 5 minutes max before I have a real person helping me with my issue.

Best Broker Ever
I’ve been using GatesFX for months. They have great customer service, 100% deposit bonus, amazing leverage & spread, amazing loyalty rewards I can earn the more I trade, I receive my funds within 5-10 mins of requesting a withdrawal, my teams loves them too and most importantly last week I won a trading monitor from their online Christmas raffle. Customer service is great, really fast response. Had problems with my funds taking too long to settle, was told there are delays (up to 2 hours) with the transactions. Though, I kind of hope you update your transaction history and showing if there are any pending transactions since it is nerve-racking to not know if a broker is legit or not.

Awesome Broker (Not a paid marketer)
While GatesFx did request I leave a review on TrustPilot.com after they assisted me with my account, I am a real client and I have no affiliation or interest in GatesFx other than being a client. I feel like I need to start with that due to how sketch the broker space has been the past few years. Nonetheless, I’ve been using GatesFx for about 3-4 months now ever since KOT shutdown and honestly, I should’ve switched sooner. While their platform isn’t the “prettiest”, I have made multiple withdrawals (atleast 7-8) using btc that range from $1k-$5k, and all have hit my account in less than 3 hours max. Sometimes literally 30 mins. Support is also super easy to chat with. I did stay away from the bonus incentive simply because I think trading on margin is more than enough, but all-in-all, I have 0 complaints.

Im happy with this broker, so far they’ve treated me good , helped me recover a transaction that was declined, customer service is quick and there to assist me every time. I don’t know how people could have problems with this broker I’ve been using them for over 3 months and not a single time have I had a complaint. If it changes I’m honest I don’t care I’ll leave a review about it but so far I’m impressed. I moved from 24K Markets to this and I’m good with it. I love that they let me use the best trading platform out on the game which is TradeLocker. Dope

Don’t fear some of the 1 star reviews on here, the majority of them are fake.
I’ve withdrawn over $20,000 from this broker & each withdrawal has been approved within 1-2 hours & in my crypto account.
Sure the 3% fee is a little high, but I would happily pay that if my withdrawal is always approved within 2 hours, which it is.
Highly professional & definitely recommend.
Personally, if you’re wanting to try this broker, I would recommend the raw ECN account. It seems like a lot of people run into some confusion regarding the rules on the bonus account, so I would just use your own money with no deposit bonus.
Also a plus, they are regulated.

This claim is inaccurate and reflects a misunderstanding of how leveraged trading, margin requirements, and market execution work.
Deposit bonuses do not increase risk unless the trader uses them to take oversized positions relative to their equity; losses occur due to poor risk management, not because of the bonus itself. Slippage is a normal market phenomenon that occurs during volatility, fast-moving price action, or low liquidity, and it affects all brokers using market execution.
Stop-loss orders are filled at the next available price, not a guaranteed price, which is why an SL can trigger even if the visible chart price did not touch the level—especially on indices and during session opens/closes. GatesFX does not intervene in pricing or manipulate trades; all execution comes directly from aggregated liquidity providers.
Accusations of “scamming” are unfounded and ignore the realities of leveraged trading mechanics. For accurate support or trade audits, please contact the official GatesFX team.
