Problem still unresolved after 1.5 years
After one and a half years I am still waiting for a solution to the accidental deposit of Wrapped Flare into my account. I can see it is still there on chain, Gate say they can return incorrect deposits for a fee (which is reasonable) but I'm still waiting to be able to remove my coins.

Hopelessness
One day, the Google authentication code stopped working, and the support was so useless that I finally lost patience with their low-quality and slow customer service. I requested the closure of my account along with my crypto balance. I definitely do not recommend using this CEX.(EDIT: Ticket #1372313) And one more thing: it wasn’t possible to withdraw funds using a different email address and KYC verification, but there was no issue with requesting account closure from a different email address. P.S.2 I was informed that there were no funds in this account, which was not true.

My phone was stolen & I got no support
My phone was stolen and I requested to secure my account and disable the withdrawal and trading functions. However, on my return request to reactivate my own account I'm being put through circles of hell with multiple requests to submit pictures/videos of myself with various IDs and handwritten notes, and to submit a proof of a particular transaction from 1.5 years ago when I cannot even access my account. How am isupposed to do this? This is just awful, again and again I'm being asked for pictures/videos... how is it called customer experience and support? I feel nothing but supported in this situation, after being a loyal customer for 2+ years. I'm very disappointed in such a treatment, nobody should be put through such an ordeal and be refused access to there own account and funds!

I submitted easily 20/30 proofs that are enough for whatever audit someone can ask. I am deeply disappointed with this app. I've been logging in to the old version of the app without hitches but as soon as I updated as I was prompted to do the now app seems impossible. I can't log in even when I do the app automatically log me out. I thought that updating the app will make it more efficient and good but the reverse is the case.

I'd been using Gate.io Card without issues, then one day my card got blocked. Not only the customer support failed to explain reasons for this (their most substantial reply was: "Our KYC department has made the decision to decline your application due to security considerations and other relevant factors"), they also deducted remaining 300 EUR from my card balance without returning it to my main account. Now I've been trying to find out where this money is and when it will be returned to me by the exchange. Overall, horrible experience.
