This company are rip off merchants

This company are rip off merchants . Do unnecessary call outs to obtain more money from customer . Their call out response is good but down hill from there . Technician tells you one thing and company do something else to enable a further visit. Without explaining

A company that makes money out of post…

A company that makes money out of post installation call out costs . They wanted to charge me over £40 for a replacement zapper and another call out cost to mate it to the motherboard . These zappers are a couple of dollars from China . THe whole system in our 15 year old close has been unreliable and I’ve seen numerous technicians come every year . They need serious competition in our area

Feel they are about the money and not customer service

Firstly they were very fast at being able to get someone out to me, that’s why they get 2 stars and not one. After that it was downhill, sent out an inflated invoice for the call out charge adding 15 minutes of time to the bill ( only here for an hour but charged hour and a quarter), still waiting for a reply to my email from over a week ago. Then took several days to advise repairs needed together with several what they called safety measure add ons that I don’t need. Have just been advised after several days of asking for a quote for just the repairs that I have to have the add ons and at what I think is a very expensive amount. It seems they are all about the money and not customer service. Other gate companies are available, suggest you use them

Further, you only need to see how long (2 months) it took them to reply to my review to see how unimportant customer satisfaction is to them.
