Gas World have been the plumbing company used by the construction company in the building of our new home. The work has had too many faults to list but includes faulty hot water and heating for over three weeks, blocked taps by swarf etc, cracked bath, absolutely amateur silicone sealing. We have been in 6 weeks and our shower still doesn’t drain properly and now our toilet flush has broken.

From the moment I entered the showroom this has been a fantastic experience. Tiffany was very knowelgable and helpfull and gave me a good deal on a fireplace from the showroom. It was delivered 2 days later and I dont know how but the gate was even bolted from the outside clever.
Luke fitted today and he was a charming young man exceptionally tidy and did a fantastic job of removing the old one and fitting the new one even putting the electrics in the right place. He turned up to the second and was truley proffesional.
I cannot recommend this company enough in these days of grab your money and run it is refreshing to come across such professional people.

We have enjoyed excellent service from Gas World since moving into our new house 5 years ago. We have a Heat Cover Gold Contract which covers an annual boiler service, combi-care cartridge replacement and emergency call-outs. Their engineers, for example Luke who has just completed our annual service and cartridge replacement, have all been skilled, polite professionals. They have always been respectful of our property and cleaned up after completing their work. We have also been grateful for their information and advice. Their offices have been easy to contact by phone or on-line, and their out of hours response has been prompt and efficient, a great relief on the two occasions we have needed to use it. We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Gas World Ltd Bristol.

Perfect - The engineer came the following day as promised, explained the problem and sorted it. Very happy that we're not without heating in this cold weather.

They installed my heating system and do my annual boiler service. Professional, honest and reliable company. The engineer Luke was knowledgeable and patient, same as others in previous years from this company.

First class company helpful professional and good quality work. I would highly recommend them.

Gas World, st annes, bristol. awful organisation. Installed my boiler flu dripping onto an outside tap in a newbuild house for taylor wimpey. didn't seal the flue correctly and didnt put in the right size pipes for the radiators. Gas Safe turned off my boiler during a free safety inspection.
