No service - when you have complaint
I have since January serval times complained due to a defect MeatStick probe. Every times I got very late response from Simon and he will send a return label, but nothing is happening.
Only shop at GastroGear if you are sure the product is working properly - you are lost if you need to complain. I have realized my money is lost and will buy a new probe at a reliable company.
