I have used this company for all of my gas and G3 certification from day one, around 13 years now.

The quality of the pads they supply is 1st class.

I have recently started purchasing company headed service, landlord & G3 pads from them and again they are 1st class.

A very helpful company that I would gladly recommend to anyone.

I don’t often write reviews but this company definitely deserves recognition.
I ordered some personalised clothing and certificate pads, I placed the order at 8.20pm and 9.15am the next morning I received a call confirming the lettering and insuring I get exactly what I needed the order was ready for shipping the same day!! The quality of the clothing is brilliant and the detail in the personalised lettering was amazing, for the price I paid I was expecting average but the attention to detail is far from average.
I’ll definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for personalised clothing and Gas safety equipment.

I ordered a triple whammy pad after speaking to a very helpful a knowledgeable Lisa as I thought it was a great idea to have a three in one pad . The other item I ordered was a land yard to house my gas safety card as I either stuffed in my pocket or the top of my backpack tool bag. The speed of the delivery was very fast and a follow up phone call from Lisa to make sure I was happy with my products. Overall a great service and will definitely use them again

We’ve been using Gas Safety Shop’s Prime Clothing range for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality. As gas engineers, our uniforms go through a lot with the day-to-day wear and tear of the job. But even after 12 months, the clothing still looks fantastic and feels like new. It’s exceeded our expectations and far outperformed other uniforms we used to replace every 4-6 months.

Bad Service.
Ordered a rapid pipe cleaner that fits on the end of a drill on the 25th January 2022. After just 6 days I had to contact The Gas Safety Shop and after sending images of the fault and having to speak to the company who made the product, Gas Safety shop sent me a replacement.
The replacement only lasted 3 months.
I contacted the Gas Safety Shop again on the 17/05/2022 and got a reply on the 10/06/2022 (after I sent another emailing chasing them) to say that because I already had a replacement back in February (approximately 3 months prior) and because the product and I quote
“This product is to be treated as a consumable as noted on our website and has a lifespan based on use”
So the product they sold me only lasted 3 months with minimal use.

I won’t be using this company ever again.

Avoid, you tend to think this is a legitimate company with a link to gas safe. I was foolish enough to order some pads clothing window sticker and bits. three weeks later nothing they had emailed me to ask what logo for breast told them Alden Heating Services in yellow apparently I should have told them Alden Heating Services and 191032 reg. no on personalized pads was told this when i rang up at three weeks I wonder when they would have contacted me or would they ever have contacted me In the end got blank pads, clothing was very very poor quality though embroidery was ok, bizarrely the window stickers would make no attempt to adhere to windows and I had to pay for delivery twice, just use someone else save yourself the hassle.

Awful service!!! Mucked me about and wasted time. AVOID!!!!

Make on order Ref:85614 on 10/07 basic labels and some cloths. Have part order delivered after 5 attends from Parcel force, the rest of the order was on hold due to none stock- specific color. None of the operators I have chat over the phone several times -- more then 9 calls . did not explain why they are not sending the order. Today is 14/08 a month later and I still haven't got the rest of the order. In moments from canceling the rest of the order.
And I do not needs apologies I need my money back. I can get the clothes in 2 days with embroidered logo turnaround time, 2 times cheaper then your price.My Question is if this is a branded gas safe shop what should be the turn around time chaps?
