Appalling service

Last 2 times we've booked a service with them, they've let us down. And when you and try and call or email to chase up why the engineer hasn't turned up, no one picks up the call or responds to emails. We're still waiting to hear back on a boiler service we booked a week ago and heard nothing.
If you can't be bothered to do the job, don't book it in.
I had to take half a day off work because of this and you're not going to compensate me for that!

Highly recommended

Have used Gasking a few times now and most recently to install a new boiler. A fabulous company to work with. Efficient, polite, friendly, helpful and reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough. Very big thank you.

Fixed long-standing heating/boiler issue

We had the privilege to take services from one of the experienced professionals (James Lucas) at Gasking who was very adept at identifying the root-cause of our heating/boiler issue and took just few minutes to resolve this long-standing issue which had been neglected and termed un-solvable by many previous suppliers/contractors. We are very grateful to James for helping us in such an emergency situation. Highly recommend Gasking any boiler/heating related problems.

Been waiting for a boiler repair for 8…

Been waiting for a boiler repair for 8 days now Via my Domestic and General Insurance policy. And now informed by Gas King it's going to be at least another 6 days. No heating or hot water for over 2 weeks when repair will be complete.
Absolute rubbish service.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Engineer arrived on time, carefully services the boiler, even corrected some sloppy entries in the logbook made by our boiler installer, took time to reply to all our questions, left the place clean and tidy. Will use again next year!

Gasking is a royal service

Jamie the Operative who attended was on time and very efficient. I got a call in advance of arrival and he was right on time as estimated. He sorted the problem within minutes and went the extra mile to give useful advice how to work the maze of getting a good affordable boiler replacement when asked. This company comes highly recommended.

Great personal service from the…

Great personal service from the bookings team and very knowledgeable engineers who quickly diagnose problems where other engineers often seem to keep replacing parts at random until the boiler starts to work. very much recommended.

New boiler in Hornchurch

New boiler in Hornchurch

We have used Gasking a couple of times now and both times they have really impressed. We just had a new boiler installed and we was really happy with the work quality and the price. Tracey and Joanne were really helpfull and Jim fitted to boiler to a really high standard and he even tided up after himself unlike some others. Definitely try these guys.

I would highly recomend GasKing to everyone!

I would highly recomend GasKing to anyone.

They do sterling work, and are also very friendly & helpful in more ways than one!

Jamie Harvey is a very clever talented man, and I cannot praise him enough for the work he has done in my flat Today!
I promise you that you will not be dissapointed!

A Great Service

Jamie moved the boiler from my sons bedroom to the kitchen on the coldest day of the year! even though the job did not go to plan on the day, he came back and sorted it out. I found him very competent as my heating had an ongoing problem for the last two years, I highly recommend Jamie and his team.

Engineer disappears and reappears!

Engineer phoned, asked where he could park, told him, as I had with his office. He said he would look for a parking space. Didn’t call or come to fix the boiler. Called hour & half later and arranged to come back same evening. All sorted, give them a go.

Jamie is a magician

Jamie is a magician. After our boiler insurance company wrote off our boiler (just days after a service where the engineer said it was in great condition), I asked for a second opinion and they contacted Jamie from Gas King. Thank goodness I did! He arrived the next day and in under an hour he had diagnosed the problem, sorted it out and saved us the hassle and costs of a new boiler, when all it needed was a more thorough detailed check. Since then he has carried out a soft flush for us, and fixed other issues with our central heating system. His knowledge of boilers is brilliant and he brings confidence and methodology to his work. Very highly recommended.

Gasking are champions

The engineer that came to our house was polite, knew his job inside out, and completed the job on our boiler very quickly.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Gasking to friends and neighbours.
