Would absolutely recommend! Florin has been great through and through. Completed a top job with new gas heating install, was happy to answer any questions I had and explain how things work to help me understand the process and new installation, very respectful of us, as customers, our home and our pets. Nothing seemed to be a problem. I’m very happy we decided to go with GasBud. Good to have reliable and honest gas engineer/plumber in my contacts for future works.

GasBud converted our old open vented system to a pressured combi boiler system. Florin kept us updated throughout the process. He visited a few days before install day to check everything was here and turned up on the day as agreed. He did a very professional job, whilst keeping everything clean and tidy. He took his time to make sure the job was done properly and safely. The end result is fantastic. We're delighted with our new system, which works perfectly. Happily recommend GasBud without a second thought.

The communication was perfect from start to finish. He recommended the boiler and answered all my questions very quickly and came before install day to make sure we have everything we need.
The install day went very smoothly with no issues at all, and to my surprise, no mess or dust left behind.
We ended up doing some plumbing work with him as well and it all works as it should, brilliantly.
He is very pleasant and definitely knowledgeable.
Our old boiler broke just before Christmas and he made sure the new one is up and running in no time.

I would highly recommend Gas Bud if you have any issues with your boiler. Ours had a fault no one knew how to fix and Gas Bud was quick and professional and fixed the problem instantly. He even came out on a Saturday. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you

Unprofessional company. I called them out to carry out work which they did fine. No problems here.
As I was not on site when the work was carried out, the price was messaged to me. I asked for a breakdown of the price (which is my legal right and so I know what I have paid for) and they responded with how much they spent on training, tools and etc. They then proceeded to say that they did not need a customer like me, and if not paying makes me rich, then so be it (I never refused to pay, literally all I did was just asked for a breakdown of the cost).

Would never be using them again as they have no professionalism when it comes to communicating and would not recommend them to anyone else.

You say I have not paid. The reason for that is because I asked for an invoice and then Id be happy to make the payment and your reply was that you did not need my money. Not much that I can do.

We have had 2 radiators fitted with this company, we are very happy with the work done and quality of work,can't recomand enaugh this team.

Very good and reliable company,they had a good care of all the appliances tey fitted and they are really professionally organised. Definitely will carry on working with them every time when We will need.thanks again for the gooq quality of work done

He has just repiped 19 Radiators in our 6 bedroom house completely in 8 days whilst we were still living there with our children.

He is highly safety minded and always cleans up each day after any work he has carried out.
In the future any plumbing work we have done will be done through Florin we wish we could leave him a Ten Star Rating.

I had a blocked sink. Work was carried out very cleany and quickly, and for a very fair price. Would definitely recommend 👌

Decided to change our shower tray into a bath as we have a small baby, much easier to make him bath, so we asked help from Florin ( Gasbud ). After my measurements the bath didn't fit as the walls was slightly out , he been very patient, professional and he didn't give up till the problem was resolved. Great person,professional with loads of skills and patient won't give up till job is done. After bath been resolved we decide to change 2 radiators ,and again he showed loads of skills and patient, fixed new radiators without any issues. Been very happy with his care in our property with his skills with his determination to help out and very fair in price I would say much more cheaper then other plumbers, fully recomanded and won't hesitate to use him again.Thank you

Florin at GasBud carried out my annual service for me he was very thorough with his service and managed to find a small leak which could have caused issues in the future.
Great Service and I will happily recommend GasBud to anyone that needs similar services.
