5 star from start to finish.

Having fully researched what I wanted, I reached out to several companies to have some Aircon units fitted - 3 cassette units upstairs and two downstairs.

Having received multiple quotations with varying costs, I decided to go with Gas Worx for one simple reason… Stuart understood the hardware and how it would perform in each room, whilst giving me options on the basic and premium units.

After giving the go-ahead, the job was started within five days and it was completed within three days.

Extremely happy with the End result and the performance I am getting from each unit

I would not hesitate to recommend Gas Worx for anyone considering air-conditioning

Gas Worx were the first company to get in touch with me after I enquired about heat pumps via a greener energy platform.
Their knowledge on the subject was extremely helpful and they took time answering my questions and gave me good advice.

I was recommended to speak to Stuart from Gas Worx about a heat pump. We had a brief phone call, and he explained what they are as I know very little about them. I was very happy with the service and quote provided. The installation isn’t complete yet, but I’m looking to book it later this year.

What went wrong? OK, well, my Mother 80, allowed Sam and his men to put their scaffolding up in her garden to help access her neighbours roof. This resulted in two plant pots being smashed, pictures are available. Sam, has told my mother repeatedly, that he is a man of his word, and will replace the pots. Firstly he blamed the scaffolders, who then insisted it was not their fault and that they did not cause the damage, this then led to a number of messages between everyone, which basically ended up saying that these plant pots would be replaced buy Sam, who you may remember gave 'his word'. I have sat quietly in the background throughout this almost Fawlty Towers episode but now feel it is time to pitch in with my 2p worth. I don't know how much Sam made from this job, but replacing two simple plant pots, which he said he would, being a man 'of his word' would be a lot cheaper than what comes next. My Mother is 80 years old, all she wanted was for this Company to replace her two simple, plain plant pots, around thirty pound, which they said they would do, but they have brushed my mother aside like she is an irritant, ignored her, lied to her and now frankly do not even reply to her texts. Now ignoring her pleads and texts for weeks to replace the pots that they smashed, which, remember, Sam being a man of his word said he would personally replace. Please remember, she gave them permission to put their scaffolding up in her garden. He has been given plenty of opportunities to respond to these pleas, and now he clearly feels he has got away with this one. Hence this review. Do not let this Company intrude into your life or property, Sam is not a man of his word.

From the initial consultation and the discussion about the quote and technical details to the installation day with Ryan and his team.
Thermaskirt installation in the new dinning area was really smooth.
Not to mention that Ryan was immediately available for some quick answers to our queries following the installation.
Very happy with the overall service.

Polite, clean, tidied up every day and did the job the way they said they would do. Some initial hiccups but these were rectified promptly and cheerfully.

I requested a gas fire and was given a very fair estimate. However, I decided to have a different one fitted as it had some extras which I liked. This was no problem and the estimate changed to reflect the higher purchase price. The set a date, completed the the removal and instillation of the new fire. Cleaned and tided the area. The installer, whose name I am afraid I have forgotten (old age) , was very cheerful and respectful throughout the job. Very pleased.

Excellent service, which was immediate.

Be aware these guys charge by the time their vehicle is on site. If they work very slowly, with plenty of chatting and downtime then they will charge you for that. That is how a simple toilet flush change came in at 2 hours of labour, after I had already isolated, drained and dried the cistern. Check out YouTube to see plumbers taking a fraction of the time to do the same job, and agree a labour charge before engaging these guys.

Very professional, reliable and honest.
Sam fixed my central heating which I can only say was very difficult as it was in a small cupboard.
He worked though out the day to make sure I had heating.
He explained what he had done and why the problem occurred.
If you want a company that does not cut corners and provides a excellent service gas worx is for you
