The customer service was excellent. We had purchased a 2-car carport and unfortunately the delivery driver did not deliver all the boxes. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and made sure we got the missing box shipped to us quickly.

I ordered two different sizes of pull-out baskets for my cupboards. They sent 5 of the same size rather than 3 of one and 2 of another. I then had at least 10 emails trying to return the boxes. They wanted me to pay the return postage because the boxes were not defective.
It took more than a month to get satisfaction. I did finally return the boxes that were the wrong size and eventually received a refund.

Actually the worst customer service I’ve/ my sister has ever experienced. My sister bought me one of their espresso machines for Christmas and the grinder on it doesn’t work. Instead of rectifying the situation and either giving a refund or an exchange, they’ve gone back and forth with my sister for almost a month. Support tells her to send in videos, so we do and they still argue. Customer service says they’ll send a return label within 24 hours, which we never received. I’m not sure why it would ever take 24 hours to generate a return label. To top it all off, they won’t let her speak to a supervisor, says they don’t have one, and offered her $50 so we could just go buy a separate grinder. $50 for a nearly $300 machine. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Oh and the machine is under warranty for a year and we still can’t get anyone to do anything.

I ordered a kids vanity for christmas for my granddaughter. When my husband put it together, the lights did not work. I was inside my 30 day return window whewn I contacted Garvee. This has been going back and forth for a while with absolutely no resolution and no one cares to help me. I just keeop going in circles. No one will get me to a Management person to resolve my issue. Its a slap in the face when your told "quote: we can offer you a 50.00 refund, because you are outside your 30 day window". I was not out of that window when I contacted you when I saw the lights did not work and its not my fault the product failed to work. Customer service is awful. Its alot like dealing with the airlines to get a refund. I am a very unhappy and frustrated customer. I hope that someone from Garvee will see this review and contact me!! I tried to email other emails, with no response or the email was no longer good.

Update: Garvee has since resolved my issue & sent me a new rug! I do appreciate them standing behind their product. May have taken a good 4 weeks but in the end made it right & I thank them for that! Bought 3 rugs all different sizes. One rug had pilling issue after only having for 2 months. Same amount of wear if not less than the other 2. Same way of vacuuming all 3. Sent pictures of pilling on the one rug. Sent to "resolution team". Came back that it must be something I am doing to rug. Horrible customer service. Apparently they are trying to verify this. I spoke to Jerillyn at Garvee via email. Final response from from "resolution team" was sent to her today. They suggest I cut my new rug to take care of the pilling. There is no reference number on email.

This review should be negative 5 stars as their customer service and follow thru suck. I received a box scraper before Christmas and it was missing many bots to put it together due to being dropped. I have been calling and emailing consistently and only get via email obviously a AI response and when you call it goes to a call center that can only email. To this day I do not have the bolts to put together what has now become #400 piece of metal sitting on my patio and not a viable piece of farm equipment. I would NEVER recommend Garvee to anyone!!!

I purchased an ice maker that was defective. I called the Garvee Customer Care number 5 different times. Each time they told me that they would submit a ticket and Support would be contacting me within 24-48 hours. Not once was I contacted. I lost my money - I'm hoping this review will help the next person avoid losing money!

I received the wrong product, I spent over $300 and had to beg for a return label, which the amount for it, will be deducted from my refund. No problem, well getting the refund has been a nightmare and I STILL do not have it. The debit card used to purchase it, was compromised so now I have a new 1 so the refund can't be credited to the original 1. I asked for it to be credited to my new 1 and was told no but "we can issue refund to a paypal acct." I don't have 1, Garvees response was they could send refund to someone else's paypal...uh NO. Then I asked for a paper check and was just told they don't issue checks and was asked for my bank acct #, routing # etc. HELL NO I am not giving that out. WORTHLESS! I don’t know how the heck you can’t find my order #or any correspondence because I’ve been going back and forth with this moron Khalil Garvee Customer Support regarding order # GV73602. So your “sincere” apology is worth about as much as a politicians “promise!” ***UPDATE since this post: reply from Garvee's "wonderful customer service" Rest assured, we take data security extremely seriously. Your personal and financial information will be fully protected and will never be shared with third parties. To process the bank transfer smoothly, we’ll just need these details from you:

***ANOTHER UPDATE so I inconveniently created a PayPal acct 3 days ago,,,,yeah STILL NO REFUND. SO weird how it took them less than 3 seconds to withdraw the funds from my account and now OVER 2 weeks and I don't have the product (I returned it UNOPEN) NOR MY REFUND!!! This company is straight up FRAUD!!!!!

When I initially got my sliding glass door for a shower, the rollers were bent and damaged inside the packet. Once customer support got me to the right people to help it. I had the part in three days up till that point help was not that forthcoming.

The fork attachment arrived in just a couple days which was impressive, although the box seemed to have been through a grinder(should have taken a picture)but everything was there and so easy to attach. The use of the forks was great in sifting through the vegetation previously cut a piled to load and haul away. It helped loosen the dirt trapped in the debris. 4.5 STARS

I was super excited and enthusiastic about Garvee, especially after reading reviews. I rarely if ever buy anything online because I am always massively disappointed. I even made sure to check their return policies just in case. Well, while the website has a clear and extensive list for return reasons, what they don't tell you is that even if you show pictures and explain inadequacy, they will respond "you could return but the return cost is on you." That's not fair at all, especially since it's not our fault. Long story short, we ordered a mirror because the website said "unlike competitors, ours is front and backlit" but that's actually, disappointingly, a big fat lie. The makesmanship is below quality (the way it's glued together) and the LED strips point outwards instead of forwards. Moreover, my partner moved to Canada with 20+ experience of building furniture and installing cabinets and we're both technical people. Even with trying to max out the lights, it was barely atmospheric at best. In the end, we stayed away from lit mirrors altogether and I have emailed back and forth with Customer Service three times already and I get the same response. I am so disheartened and disappointed, I probably will never buy anything online ever again because the rate of success for me is ridiculously low. I am particularly disappointed that I did my research, read their reviews and how they handle customer service, and I'm still on the negative side with my difficult experience. Please be careful. Worst of all, I received the third reply two weeks in, right on my birthday, and so it's just been disappointment after disappointment.

I purchased a rug and received it a couple weeks before Christmas. I just finished clearing out all the Christmas stuff and was finally ready to put out my new rug. It it a great rug. Great quality and it didn’t cost a lot. Very happy customer.
