Ive been buying from these people for 5 …

Ive been buying from these people for 5 yrs and they were fantastic Everything was packed great in brown paper bags however last yr their service went down hill. Plants I bought as soon as the new catalogue came out didnt arrive till May but had to send emails first however many had withered in the paper bags. This yr was the biggest disaster my friend and I ordered again when the new catalogue came out my order never came so I went thro Paypal and eventually it arrived however my friend wasnt so lucky, her order was delayed while they were waiting for one plant it never came and neither did her order. Paypal refunded.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!

Placed an order with this company and 2 days after received an email saying that my order was delayed and would be shipped the 1st week in April. Nothing happened and after many attempts to email them I got a reply that my order would be shipped shortly. Nothing has happened again and all of the items I ordered are out of stock now. They have not replied to my request for a refund. I cannot contact them via phone. WARNING!!!!!!! I believe this is not a legit business

One month delivery - of the wrong items!

After placing an order of some flower bulbs, the money was taken from my account the next day, but then nothing happened for 2 weeks! I sent an e-mail after a week to inquire about the status, but never got any response.

After 2 weeks I finally received an automated email that my order has been shipped, it then went on to take another 2 weeks before the order was actually delivered and I have my doubts that it was actually sent on the date in the email (should be less than 1 week deliver from poland even with the slowest and cheapest shipping).

Now after 4 months the flowers are finally blooming and... They sent me the wrong dahlias!
