I’m the same took my money but won’t pay out after sending lots of id been trying to get my winnings for months proper scammers I think I may turn up at there address and ask for my money back they will when they see the size of me

This company is a scam. It first told me if I download the app that I would get £3000 bonus for signing up and I would get 150 free spins.
I signed up and deposited money and I did not get £3000 bonus, and I only got 30 free spins. I won £4 on one game and decided to come out that game and have a look at my inbox to see if the bonus was there.
No bonus there. It did say bonus which I clicked on and it took all my winnings and all my money I deposited away and gave me a 0 balance.
I chatted with customer service and they told me I played all my money which is a lie as I only spent £10 in one game and decided to go explore, I didn't play any other game yet they insisted I spent all my money on the one game. As much as I told them I didn't , they were not interested. So my money has been stolen by them.
This site should be shut down. It is not trusted.

You can deposit money to the site very easy but when it come to withdrawal they ask for information to verify your account but then keep saying its wrong even though you've done exactly what they asked for ive been waiting over 3 weeks now to withdraw funds from the site they are very unprofessional I would not advise people to use this site

Well I must be the only person that been successful in withdrawing winnings from Garrison bet...I must say I'm surprised however credit where it's due.
I deposited £130 2 weeks ago and won £250 back from it so did the withdrawal process only to be told 3 days later I had to bet a further £26 before I could do a withdrawal...so did that and increased my winnings to £300. Did the withdrawal process and 3 days later I received an email.asking for proof of ID, address and bank card so I sent that on Sunday via 2 emails supplying more than I was asked for and on Monday did another withdrawal for £150...it's in my account today (wednesday) so I've just done another withdrawal for the remaining £150 and will update accordingly if it also goes through.
After reading the reviews I was almost doing a chargeback with my bank but thought ok give them a chance and I'm happy to say it worked.
Do as they ask and you will get your money it takes a bit longer than most sites but fairs fair they paid out for me so I can't knock them for that.
Note.
I sent my driving licence and passport as proof and 2 selfies with each ensuring the pictures were clear to avoid further delays.

Don't trust these crooked clowns, they are not a legitimate website, you will never get paid on any winnings, they are being reported to the serious fraud team here in London, id suggest others do the same in your respected countries if you've been frauded by Garrisonbet.com

Report this website on Google and have it deindexed, and don't send them any of your personal details.

They can't take your deposit quick enough but try to withdraw any funds and forget it. I contacted chat to be told there is a delay as they are busy and someone will email me. It's been 4 days so far and I'm pretty sure it's not happening.

Do not trust them!
They will do anything to avoid to pay you.
Plus they are asking sensitive data from you with no intention to pay you. And when you ask about GDPR they just won't answer you.

scam. can’t even get on the website now. saying it doesn’t exist. taken my deposit. had £500 sat in my account waiting to withdraw and they just keep cancelling and asking for documents which we been sent many times. now not even replying to emails. reported to my bank to get my deposits back

Don't play this casino absolutely scam. Every time I wanted to withdraw money, it was canceled and told to make a bank transfer, it was also canceled. He waited 8 days. I am asking everyone to give everything to the police to stop cheating people

How this company is getting away with what they are doing i have no idea ! They do not pay out winnings! I have been trying to get mine for weeks now, but they always reject it saying they need more documents to verify! I have sent all the documents that they have asked for 6 times now ! Every time I send them 3days later they send a request for the documents again ! They need to be stopped & i intend to do so.

SCAM still waiting for my my money to be paid back into my account after sending all the nessessary details over twice...can't even get on the site now..I will be informing the police and bank of fraudulent activity

Given ample time to send me my withdrawl, I'm now 2 weeks down and nothing. Contacted my bank who have issues a chargeback which will hurt Garrison Bet more than anything in chargeback fees.

Dont be scammed into wasting your money. GARRISON is purely a scam nothing more.
