After a very poor installation and a…
After a very poor installation and a very difficult time trying to get an engineer to re attend our property we were visited by a local engineer named Harvey .. although he could not make a repair on the spot due to the nature of the work he assured us that the door would be safe until he returned with a second engineer! The door had not been secured properly to the fabric of the building and was loose in its fixings. As promised he returned with a second engineer the following morning. In a very short time the door was re fitted and we were assured that the door was now safe and working correctly.. Harvey also found that a wire had not been connected by the installation engineers and one of the sensors had never been working. Very poor.
After very bad after sales service had tarnished what is a good product we now have a working door.. thanks again to Harvey for his prompt repair.

The surveyor arrived on time and was very professional explaining the process and fitting. The door fitted perfectly.
Gordon Tant and Phil Webster arrived early morning and removed the old door and fitted the new door very efficiently. On completion they explained the operation very clearly.
The fitting was hassle free and we are very pleased with the finished door

Very good service from the outset with minimum delay for survey with immediate quote, held the door for me whilst I completed building work without quibble or extra charges, fitter was polite and friendly and did a great job without fuss! Door works well and looks good !

We have had our roller door about 5yrs
We have had our roller door about 5yrs. All was fine installation etc fine, no problems.
Had a mishap last week, phoned Garolla yo get a repair. 8 days later no one has bothered to call me. Have since called another company, Doormatic. Fab service , been out and had a look. Ordered parts and coming to fix in 2 weeks. Defi alley would NOT recomend Garrola

I completely understand your frustration. Having to wait over a week without receiving a call back after reporting an issue is not the level of service we aim to provide, particularly when you've been a customer for a number of years.
It is especially disappointing to read that you felt the need to seek assistance elsewhere due to the lack of communication from us. We never want a customer to feel that they have been left without support when they need it most.

Bad value for money.
Horrendous experience unfortunately, had a door installed which motor & roller has failed multiple times. What’s even worse is how bad the customer care has been to find solutions, no follow ups, email reply’s or calls returned. Worst £1600 quid ever spent. Hopefully they see this review and finally try contact me.

I can completely understand your frustration. Experiencing multiple failures with the motor and roller is disappointing enough, but the lack of follow-up, unanswered emails and calls not being returned will only have added to that frustration.
