Jack the surveyor was outstanding and explained everything to us in full. Jack Baty was our installer. He kept us up to date from the minute he left home. When he arrived it did not take him long to dismantle the old door and fit the new door. He kept everything clean and tidy and at the finish up explained everything about operating the door. First class service by both Jacks. 2 Happy customers

Dan Nichols was the engineer. He was very helpful in explaining the process. I was amazed at the speed and quality of the installation and product. All the debris was taken away and he explained how it all worked. I will definitely recommend Garolla.

Garolla offered a great price and sterling service from start to finish.
The original chap, who came to offer the quote for the replacement electric garage door, was friendly and non-pushy.
This boded well for the future.
He highlighted all the features and told me a bit about the company.
He clearly addressed all my concerns and product questions.
In fact, as a whole, Garolla's communication was great from start to finish.
Their price was very competitive too.
The icing on the cake was the installation guy, Phil Webster.
Phil arrived promptly at the agreed time.
He was friendly and personable.
The installation was completed without any mess or fuss.
He explained the door functions and the procedure to obtain the 5 year warranty.
This is done by registering the door online.
All in all, a great experience and strongly recommended.

A lovely man came and fitted my garage door. It looks brilliant and will make my life a lot easier getting in and out on my mobility scooter.

The whole experience was managed professionally. All procedures were explained prior to the door being fitted.
The fitter Chris Hammett was efficient and clean with all that he did and took time to explain how the fob worked etc.

Absolute shambles, 0 customer service, cowboy engineers, faulty product and poor quality.

Install completed on Monday 27th July. Engineer threw a load of stuff in my skip (not for the use of Garolla, they should have removed the materials as agreed as part of install). The garage door itself had sharp edges on where some of the materials had been cut and subsequently, the engineer nicked the power cable on the metal frame, which tripped the electrics in my whole house. How did he fix it? Replace the cable, and dull the sharp edge on the metal? No.....bodged with electrical tape. I knew at that point that I should have refused to pay until it was sorted, but I went with it, my error.

24 hours later, the door jams, wont go up or down properly. So I play with the buttons and try to get it unstuck, there is a huge clunk and a scratching sound and the door goes down. One of the ends of a slat has come off internally and jammed in the runner mechanism. As a result, there is now scratches internally to the runner and the door no longer seals correctly when going to the floor, as the cap from the end of the slat has come out and is jammed in the bottom of the runner.

Called customer services and was fobbed off with "we'll log an issue and come back to you".......great. So I come to TrustPilot and see that W.Chapman has been replying to unhappy customers and providing his email address to discuss. I have emailed him and surprise surprise, no response, no acknowledgement, not even a holding email to confirm he is out of office and he will be in touch when he can etc.

Called again today and spoke with a different agent, she apologised and confirmed that the previous agent hadn't recorded all the issues I had reported......great, so the customer service team can't even record complaints correctly. She has now apparently passed my complaint to the Exec team who will manage the complaint moving forward and I need to wait to hear from them......I am not holding my breath.

So I have spent nearly £2000 for a new garage door, for poor service, cowboy installers, and a door that will not close properly. To say I am unhappy is an understatement. I went with Garolla because I believed them to be "Premium" and offering a quality service and the majority of reviews are positive, but a little more research and you will see that there are a considerable amount of unhappy customers who report faults and the poor aftersales. If I could afford to have it ripped out and start again with a different company, I would.

Gave clear and precise usage instructions and left the work area spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend Garrolla to anyone wanting a new garage door. 10 out of 10.

A neighbour had a Garolla door fitted and when we went to have a look at it, he explained he had used them before and had been happy with the company. We rang to book a survey which was carried out a week later, Adrian was very polite and explained what we needed if we wanted a door which gave us more headroom. Two weeks later the fitter confirmed he would arrive in the afternoon. Liam was very capable as well as being very pleasant. He worked very hard , on a very HOT day, explaining what was to be done and after the fitting he detailed everything we needed to know. Liam was a credit to the company and friends asked if they would be able to get the same fitter. We have already referred friends to Garolla and three more doors will be on order soon. We are delighted with the new door, it looks good as well as being so easy to use. Thank you

Which he did within a week, this involved ordering the parts, booking an appointment to fix the door, and completing that task

We had our electric garage door installed today, and I'm extremely pleased with the result. The whole process, from the initial consultation to the installation, was professional and straightforward. Our installer Peter Czorny was fantastic, very friendly, informative and carried out an amazing job.

Quick response to my enquiry, great communication and easy payment process. Steve the fitter did an excellent job, friendly and polite and no mess.

First installation date was changed, but customer services didn't ring to say engineer wasn't coming as they lost my door ! I had to phone to ask what was happening. !!
When installed the engineer was great and the door looks fab. Works well.
