They sent the product that I ordered. However the quality wasn’t what I hoped for, so I tried to take advantage of their return policy.
They replied once, asking if instead I would consider a 50% refund and keep the product. I said no thank you I want to return the item. They have since ghosted me and stopped all communication. The number on their website goes straight to a voicemail. All the proper parameters have been met to return the item but they simply will not answer my emails or phone calls.
Extremely disappointed. Shop elsewhere. Their same products are on Amazon for 75% cheaper.
The only reason they got two stars instead of one is because they sent the product.

I got fooled by this company
I got fooled by this company. Inferior watch strap that broke within two weeks of using and no warranty or refund after two weeks delivery. Premium price paid for an inferior product and no reviews allowed on their site. I should have known better.
