It would appear thus company is not interested in any warranty problems

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and note that these pedals were purchased over a year ago.

Like tires or brake pads, bicycle pedals are considered "wear and tear" components. Their lifespan depends heavily on mileage, riding conditions, and maintenance. Because the product has been in use for over twelve months, we are unable to offer a refund.

We appreciate your business and regret that we couldn't meet your expectations on this occasion.

Medium Communication

I have not even heard back from them and i've sent multiple emails and i have called them. I also cant track my parcel. I had to reach them directly to get an answer.

Hi, please allow a few working days for delivery. I can see that you placed your order Sunday Evening at 18:22, we packed it that evening and it was collected Monday (today) this morning. Your order is on its way and Royal Mail tracking updates are sent via the email and phone number provided. We have followed up again via email.


Follow up - I believe it's unfair for a 1 star review. Tracking updates are sent via royal mail to the given email and phone number provided. The customer ordered over the weekend, and Monday gives a 1 star review suggesting no tracking updates. I have sent the customer tracking information and responded to all emails on the Monday. It has been sent as soon as possible and there is nothing more we can do.

Great company. Would use again.

Bought some headphones from here a few weeks ago, came fully charged and not had to charge them yet so great product at a great price. Delivery was fast too. Contacted Garegear to find out a delivery date and got a response straight away.

Product never posted

Honest business, went out of their way to sort things out when delivery got messed up and even sent us a little extra toy. Don’t respond to emails or pick up their phone, so not always easy to get hold of them.
