Purchasing an item I could only see on line (two items out of 40 virtually identical items, but I wanted the least sooty chimney pots), they went to great trouble to sort out what I wanted, and the pots arrived as promised 48 hours later. Helpful on the telephone. Highly recommended.

Hi Karen, we haven't had any contact from you regarding goods being delivered damaged otherwise we would of happily sorted the issue. As regards delivery cost, you placed your first order on the 21st April 2022 for 10 items of 4.5m length at a cost of £44.21, then placed another order on the 28th April for 20 items of 4.5m length at a cost of £72.05. Due to you being 222 miles from us we have to use a third party courier and many won't deliver items over 3m in length, so you'll find these prices are competitive.
Our delivery charges are made very clear before the payment screen and if you felt that way then maybe you shouldn't of processed on two separate occasions.

Easy to order on line and was delivered within a couple of days of order. Wasn't in when they delivered however driver rang to advise they were on route and left sleepers on the drive. Great service and reasonable cost of both product and delivery!
