Thinking this was a French website, I placed an order on 12th November, for delivery to France, which according to their website takes 4-7 days. It was despatched the next day - from Warsaw, it turns out.

After two weeks, I contacted them to ask if there was a problem and got the standard email saying 3-10 working days, please be patient, Covid problems, etc.

By my calculation it's over 20 working days now and I don't know if this parcel will ever arrive. I won't be using them again.

Update 9/12/2020: My package finally arrived yesterday, postmarked 16/11/2020 in Poland. As someone else said, it's not far off 5€ for postage to France and it isn't tracked.

Update 10/07/2025: I had an email from Trustpilot earlier asking me to provide proof of ordering - from 2020 - as the company are querying whether I actually ordered from them. Looking at their score on here, I guess they're worried and am wondering if other people have had the same request.

Luckily I found an email confirming my order in 2020.

Ordered on 9th november as per website delivery within 3-6 days, when i emailed them about the product they replied will be delivered in 3 to 10 days. After 15 days i emailed i been asked to wait for 30 days. This companybis a joke. Charged £5 for delivery for 50gm seed and dont even uave tracking on it. Absolutely appalled service from this website

Still no delivery since placing order on 8th Nov. Left Warsaw on 12th Nov, now after numerous emails chasing delivery, they now say delivery to UK on 27th Nov but could be 30 days. Am furious and I can't get a refund till after 30 days after 27th Nov. Thus may be an English website, but it's actually based in Poland. Don't rely on their 2-6 day delivery. Yes I do appreciate a pandemic us going on but if left Warsaw on 12th Nov, it doesn't take 2 weeks to get to the UK!

Foreign language instructions - can't read.

Shop with reasonable prices. I am impressed how cheap are the herbs and flowers; and how big is the assortment. This shop is really worth considering while you want to make an order with good quality, cheap seeds.

All instructions in Languages I don't understand. I've request instructions not received a reply yet. I can't find instructions online. It's the 'urynol' product - supposed to repair lawn after dogs pee on it. No use until I get instructions.

I am ordering goods on this site since 2 years and I have never got disappointed. Last delivery was a bit longer than usually; however, according to covid it was a normal situation. Good contact with the seller, I was informed about the delay. Perfect.

I have ordered some seeds from Garden Market seeds only to find that the 'booklet of growing instructions' were missing and the instructions on the packaging is in Polish.
Now I would expect that buying from a website which is in Dutch, the packaging would be in the same language. Unable to read Polish, I am now forced to look the instructions up online.

[UPDATE 14/09/20] -They sent me the product 5 days after this review which I wrote below. But I will not go back to shopping with them because of the lack of fast and effective service.

I bought a lot of things on the site, but my order disappeared from the online site and I didn't receive an email confirming my order, I read a lot of complaints about them for not sending the orders, so I want my money back, I waited one day to receive an email confirmation of my purchase, I checked my inbox, spam box and nothing, I tried to access my profile in the online store and no order is being processed, but I am already charged. So I have no guarantee that I will receive my order, please, I want my money back. I'm sorry I didn't read these reviews before buying.

I am very satisfied with the service. Package came to me after 1,5 week (on the page there were 5-6 days) so it is quite good time. Seeds are high quality, they started to sprout after week. Good company!

Ordered a solid 'fence', but a rickety thing is delivered. Poor customer service, no willing to help.

Ordered seeds to the value of €34, they were really disappointing, most didn’t germinate and the 3-4 that did were very weak. I am astonished. In contrast I bought a pack of seeds locally and they grew robustly.

Awful Service -avoid at all costs ! Product wasn't fit for purpose and had to be returned due to parts snapping on assembly -refused full refund for broken parts.
