I ordered many seeds worth 49 euros in total, I received an email with a tracking number and in a little bit more than a week, all seeds arrived, I am very happy with my purchase. The seeds have their own packets with planting instructions in a couple of languages, including English. Great buy. Can't wait to grow my flowers. Thank you.

I got the order ahead of planting season, but I decided to open the packages and check the roots. One was half rotten. I contacted seller twice but I had no answer at all... The website has to small information about how to contact seller, and even though I replied to email with my order information and used the conact sheet on web site I was ignored....The seller has good prices on seeds and plants, but he is responsible to check and send healthy plants.

The seeds arrived a few days after I ordered them.

In 10 days, I got all the purchased seeds.
All of them look good, healthy and well dried. I’ve just started to place them in seedbeds.

I bought 11 Canna rhizomes and was looking forward to have big beautiful Canna plants.They had a really good selection. However all plants were infected with Yellow Streak Canna Virus, so I ended up with a lot of work and trouble and no viable plants. Furthermore it was extremely difficult just to get a refund. And of course I never recieved even a little "we're sorry".

If you live in Australia it’s wise not to buy anything from this company as your purchase will not pass the strict requirements at customs.

Still wating for my seeds (close to a month) ive reached out twice, with No reply..

Do not order live plants from this company! Nothing will survive 4 weeks wrapped in a plastic bag! Email correspondence with this company is a total waste of your time, eventually got a refund through Paypal! Hopeless!

Instead of sending by mail, register a package that weighs 50 grams and receive it after a week. I received the same normal package after 30 days.

I ordered lots of seeds and received them a couple of months ago. Delivery was slow but I didn't mind about that so much as all the seeds arrived, more than 40 euros worth! I have planted all of them and not one has sprouted! have just sent them a long message explaining the situation and asking for a refund or more seeds. I will post the response if I get one.
So, no, I wouldn't recommend this company at all. It is cheaper and much better to buy seeds locally!!

Despite the journey of 1200 km and the crossing of 4 countries, the plants arrived by DPD in excellent condition. Lily, Canna and Dahlia bulbs are very healthy with a green stem emerging, Aquilegia already has shoots, Himalayan poppy seedling in the pot came in the better condition than i expected. The seeds of Majestic Marigold and Dwarf Thistle are in excellent condition, we are now waiting for them to germinate (fingers crossed).
Customer support is very approachable and professional, we communicated via e-mail.

I placed an order for a number of seed packets. I got it sent by DPD, and it arrived about 2 weeks later. Well packages, with good long expiry date. Have to plant them yet but absolutely no complaints so far.

Ordered 26/feb, got a mail that it's sent at 1/mar, arrived in The Netherlands at 14/mar. So a bit more than 2 weeks - above expectations.
All 30 different kinds of seeds arrived as ordered. 2 were in Polish language, 28 were in multiple languages including English.
Well packaged in bubble wrap envelope. No damage. Very clear invoice/package list included.
Started to plant them now, so no idea yet about seed quality.
