Poor customer service AND high prices

Their grid systems are extremely expensive, but I thought I'd treat myself and invest about $800 in a system that connects four different beds. Because of the cost and my unfamiliarity with the setup, I emailed a detailed question and requested a phone number (there's none on the website) to chat with a live person for help in understanding how to put this maze together. I just got an email, with no phone number, that completely missed my question about connecting four beds. He only said that they have "a grid" that would fit my "bed". I answered that I'd asked about connecting multiple beds; his response was snarky, saying he knew that, and then he made a complete misrepresentation of what he'd actually said -- which I had right in front of me what he'd just said, he had literally just emailed it to me, so it was obvious that, no, that's not at all what he just said.

So I didn't get the help I asked for, but I guess I got a really clear indication of what kind of customer service I could expect if I had any problems with the many, many pieces of equipment I almost bought from them. Two stars instead of one because he was, at least, very quick in responding.
