Well packed and shipped. Very healthy plants, all plants were top notch.

The Low-bush blueberry bushes I received- 3 of them in total. 2 of them were in okay shape. The 3rd not at all. I don’t know if it will survive and at $30 a pop….it is somewhat frustrating. I would hope a company would send strong healthy plants. And I received only one that looked really healthy. One so-so and one looked barely alive. Extremely hard to get someone on the phone at customer service. Basically gave up. And probably won’t be ordering again unless they can make it right.

Garden Goods delivered top quality plant material to me -- and VERY swiftly. I was VERY impressed! I always check with them first to see if they have what i'm looking for.

I was sent the wrong item and you will not send me the correct one. I'll never use Garden Goods Direct again. Terrible customer service. Very unknowledgeable.

The plants I ordered arrived in perfect condition and are thriving now in the ground. I was very pleased with the packaging.

I still have not received my package or an update on the order and shipping status 19 days after placing my order.
I am redirected toward the Shop app to check order status, but this app can’t help me if the order has not been shipped.

I am enjoying the tree I purchased. The price was right and it was close to what I was looking for.
I wish there had been contact to let me know the item I originally ordered was no longer available.pi

Two of the four plants were yellowed when they arrived.

My trees came packaged very well and they were also nice and healthy.

Packaged Nice and the plantsw are doing well...will look at you first from now forward.

Everything was smooth and efficient

Ordered 2 lilac bushes for my dad for father's day. Delivery was great. He's very pleased with these. The bushes came well preserved in a sturdy live plants box/crate. It would have been nice if a how to care/plant card was included with the shipment. I had to get this info from the website and print it for him, except the web printing gave EVERYTHING else on the page as well. A print button/template on the website that only prints the info specific for a single plant on a 1-2 formatted page would be very helpful if a card can't be included with the orders.
