Initially, I was disappointed to receive a poorly packaged plant and to have something missing from my order. However, when I contacted Koeman, they sent a replacement order very quickly. Perhaps a little something to apologise, would have been nice, but the plants that eventually arrived were in good condition

The flower bulbs I ordered were moldy and have not sprouted to this day.
The lupines I ordered were already dried out upon arrival.
Never again!
Almost everything dead on arrival
I ordered 3 bulbs, 4 clematis and 40 strawberry plants.
All strawberry plants dead not dormant as they had zero growth after 45 days. 2 clematis out of 4 survived after a lot of effort from my side and only the bulbs survived.
I contacted the shop and they didn't care or offer apologies.
I have ordered from too many stores online, this was the worst experience.

Wonderful Plants and Beautifully Packed
Good except for the delivery organisation
Items were well packaged and labelled. The only downside was the delivery agent in France, Collé Prive, who announced a delivery time of sometime within three days. The attempted delivery whilst y was absent, so rearranged delivery for the next day. I was in the front room of my house all afternoon but no sign of a delivery. Later I found a missed delivery note in my post box. The driver seemingly did not know how a door bell worked.

The range is vast - pricing reasonable- Packaging is always sensible in volume the plants are well protected.

I ordered on 3.9.25 and the delivery arrived 10.9.25 which I wouldn’t characterise as speedy.
One plant was sent with one single leaf and broke in transit leaving it without much hope of survival, another had damaged leaves but will probably survive.
I tried to contact them by email. Automatic reply saying use this link. The link was broken and I cannot see another method to contact them. That is why I am writing this review. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them or buy from them in the future.

Dead plants
The first shipment contained five dead plants. Three of the five plants in the replacement shipment were also dead.
Update, and responding to Koeman's response to my review:
"We regret that despite you reporting this and us resending the plants free of charge, you did not inform us about your issues with the replacement plants. Instead, you decided to write a negative review. We need photos of the replacement plants in order to assess your new complaint."
Koeman: I informed you immediately upon receipt of the replacement shipment that three of the plants arrived dead, again, and I sent you photos of the dead plants.
I will keep the dispute for the charge with my credit card company in place until you can rectify the situation of having, yet again, shipped dead plants.

Very happy with my purchase
I was in need of a systemic fungicide which for some reason is not available in my country. I found this webshop and was happy to discover they ship internationally.
Postage was very reasonable and package arrived in 3 working days although it was international shipping. Product was extremely well packaged, it hadn't leaked at all on its way here.

Always had good service from this company. I had some plants that did not make the journey but they were replaced and the second lot have been great. Highly recommend. Good selection of both plants and seeds.
The need for improvements in customer contact
I am canceling my negative review for Koeman Flowerbulbs, as I realized I had entered an incorrect email address, which is why I did not receive order notifications. The company responded promptly to my email after I found their contact on a third-party payment processing site.
Therefore, I will be placing a new order, hoping everything goes smoothly this time. However, I suggest Koeman also add their contact information (email and phone) directly to their sales website, along with specific hours for live customer support in the chat. Additionally, it would help to generate a complaint number when customers leave messages in the chatbot and to retain the order history on the website. These improvements would increase the site’s credibility. I hope the quality of my upcoming order meets expectations.

Poor quality plants
Well packed certainly, but the plants in the package were far from well. They had hardly any leaves left, and one of the saplings was microscopic. Time only shows will they survive. Two stars only because they were not dead!
