Let down by poor customer care.
I just paid over £20,000 for a garden studio. The building itself is great but there was a major problem with the floor. I was left with a horrid white stain area 2 metres square. I complained but they were not interested to rectify if.
Look elsewhere if you want the reassurance of a company that cares about your garden building as much as you do.
