We had a lovely experience part exchanging our Toyota with Garage on the Green. The customer service is outstanding. All our enquiries were dealt with very efficiently, and the car was delivered to us despite us being a long distance away.
So far, the new car delivers as intended.

I’ve just purchased my third car from Gary at GOTG, as always, great service, so good to be able to fully trust a garage dealing in used cars, you’ll be well looked after here, I literally wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was sold an overpriced car which needed a new clutch and had a serious flaw in the engine that needed addressing. I was not mechanically aware so didn't pick up on these problems. When taken to their garage on two occasions neither issue were flagged up. The cost of repair was out of my price bracket and not worth it given the value of the car so I sold at a great loss after a year. I will not buy a vehicle from them again.

I just bought a 2019 car from Garage on the Green in St Leonard's on Sea. Danny assisted me in the process. I took the car for a test drive and picked it up the following weekend. Danny was professional, helpful and friendly. After the purchase he offered after sale care in terms of any questions or concerns. The garage is well presented and all the cars look in a good condition. Danny made sure everything was in order - carrying out a mini service and minor touch ups on the paint work. It was a pleasant experience doing business with them and I would recommend checking them out

I bought a Skoda Yeti from Garage on the Green - I went there because they had a few in stock to choose from. From the start, they were helpful, friendly (but definitely not smarmy) and professional. I was not put under any pressure whatsoever to purchase but they had the car I wanted so after a good long test drive I went ahead and bought it . The car had only just come into stock so hadn't been prepared but when on collection it was absolutely immaculate. I deliberately left it a while before leaving a review because I wanted to see how the car would be. It's been great and when I did have a small issue that needed a claim under the warranty it was dealt with very swiftly and fairly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Garage on the Green - they've been fantastic.

Buying a car from Gary and Danny at the Garage on the Green was great from my first email enquiry right through to completing the purchase and collecting the car. I live almost 250 miles from the garage, but everything was first class, especially the unhurried, helpful way that Gary dealt with me and my questions, emails etc. Highly recommended all round. Bought an MX5 that was advertised on auto trader. Reserved the car on auto trader for £99 and Gary from Garage on the Green contacted me. I was out of the country when I made the purchase and asked Gary if he could arrange delivery for my return, which he agreed he could do. I was given and signed distance selling documentation, that gave me peace of mind if anything was wrong on delivery. After a couple of days the regulator failed on passenger side door, just bad luck and one of those things. Although I contacted Gary and he said he was happy to send the car to my local garage to have a new regulator and would be pay the invoice, which was paid within minutes of sending. I would highly recommend this garage, very professional, reliable and trustworthy. I will definitely be reaching out on any future purchases :-)

Great garage and staff. Helpful straight forward no hard sell. So please with my Volkswagen up. I spent weeks looking for the right car. Spoken to many garages. None of them came close to the service I received from Gary at garage on the green. The car was brought to me on low loader. It was in perfect condition and I feel a good price. If only all business operated like Garage on the green. Well done!

Have just completed purchase of a Seat Mii from Dan at Garage On The Green. Sourced the car through autotrader and gave them a call. Followed that up with a whatsapp virtual walk around the car so i could be shown the car in greater detail while asking questions on the way. 6 month warranty, full service, mot and beautiful full valet and it was delivered one week later. Car was delivered 80 miles from the garage and driver they use was very curteous calling me an hour before delivery. All in all a first time i have bought a vehicle fully online but extremely stress free with Dan helping me through all stages including emailing and whatsapping main documents to ensure security. Would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Just bought our car online from garage on the green. Was really nervous about it. The information available about each car was great, very comprehensive. There were plenty pictures as well as a video. We got a call back on one, there was no pressure sell, they were happy to answer all our questions. Once we had decided to buy our gorgeous little Abarth, communication was great and it was delivered on a day that suited us. Very professional, lovely people and would highly recommend this company.
