Direct Doors attended promptly to my call and repaired my door on the same day.

We already have a lift-up garage door, about 18 years old. On Friday, it no longer lifted and showed an error message. We looked on the net and found this company. Contacted them that afternoon and got a message back that day that they would come on Monday am. I didn't ask his name but he came, explained the problem, sorted it out, oiled the joints and was away. It's works beautifully as it always did. Very impressed with the quick answer, quick service, explanation and, hopefully, it will keep on working!

Back in July, my roller garage door came off the rail. Richard was quick to respond and repaired the same the following day. The work appears to be good so far.
Richard was very polite and friendly. I am happy with the work he carried out.

I’ve had my roller shutter for a few years now. Richard was great selling and installing the equipment but when it goes wrong, getting him to respond to telephone calls (despite his ‘get back to you in less than 20minutes’) takes many phone messages, texts and emails to get him. This is now the third time there’s been a problem and I wonder if I made an expensive mistake. He’s a likeable fellow and I appreciate he’s a one man band and try to be accommodating but enough is enough. Richard, if you read this, please understand that the meaning of customer service is more than a cheery voicemail message promising to respond within 20 minutes.

Richard was quite efficient when I asked him to install the door for my garage. Unfortunately the door became difficult to open in little less than two years, which is supposed to be covered under warranty. However Richard does not seem to be willing to honor the warranty as he did not show up for arranged job and ignores/does not return my calls.
