This is a scam. Shoddy goods. Bought Birkenstocks which are terrible cheap fakes. Customer services blocked me when I asked for return details. And I’m left with £50 sandals that are worth about a fiver !! DO NOT fall for this site !!

Kentesh is also Ryystal on Facebook and Facebook owes me $100!!! I’ve never had an issue purchasing from other cheap clothing sites until this one. If government allows business registration, they should do their due diligence to ensure that business is legit, same with Facebook when allowing advertising. It should t be “Buyer beware” when there’s backing from legitimate organizations, but then what government on this planet and when has Facebook not really been a crap hole, it’s how all three make their money. F@cking crooks

We ordered a bike horn from Fresni, which after researching, found out it was one of many fraudulent companies listed under the parent company, Moria Plus. After a major delay in shipping, then sent us a ring instead of what we had ordered. On top of that, they don’t even sell rings from their sit. I haven’t had any responses to my emails, which is frustrating. The bike horn price was comparable/similar with other sites, such as Amazon and Walmart, but I choose to order the horn from Fresni. Never would I do that again.

My first time getting on the website last night. Paid for the items but I see there was no delivery date or a phone number. I see the reviews and they are all bad! Please can anyone tell me how to get a refund

Ordered two sweaters on 1/20/22 77.00-6/14/2022=NO SWEATERS, NO REFUND. NO ANSWER TO EMAIL. RIP OFF.

Very poor quality, no labels, different fabric, slow shipping

Saw an ad on Facebook. Stupid me should have read on here before ordering from these thieving shysters. £44 for an allegedly cashmere sweater - which when it arrived was nothing like the advert; the wrong size; and the cheapest of cheap polyester. And today the Gantnier site is closed down....Dead....

My fault, I know, but Facebook should take some responsibility for all of those of us who've been scammed this way, but obviously won't.

Order 3 x Cashmere Jumpers Waited over 3 weeks for delivery. When they arrived they are cheap and nasty polyester sweat shirts. I ordered one black & two grey.What arrived was one Black size L One Pink Size L & A a hideous Khaki sweat shirt in XL How do these people sleep at night & as for Facebook - shame on you allowing these fraudsters to advertise with you. Will be donating the goods to my local charity Maybe they could get a few dollars for them ??

After repeated dialogue with the company. My purchase did not arrive due to there courier failure to safely deliver the goods into my possession. Now l am left empty hand and with a dissatisfaction over the whole transaction

This firm is a bunch of thieves. They are knowingly selling pure crap which they describe as alpaca, cashmere, and wool, but what you get is in fact the cheapest polyester. I wasted my money buyiing three sweaters that are so sleazy and shoddy that I would gladly go naked in the snow before I'd disgrace myself by wearing such cheap junk. It is nothing short of criminal that they are in business. Their only business is stealing your money. I wouldn't put their "clothing" on my dog.

I ordered a sweater from gantnier.com. I received a sweater of inferior quality to the one that I had ordered. In fact, the sweater I received does not even look like the sweater that I ordered from gantnier.com. When I brought this to Gantnier's attention, their response was "We would like to inform you again that the post office will charge shipping fee incurred by returning the goods, which will cost you about 20 %." I would not do business with this company again.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is a scam website. We did receive the sweaters but they were NOTHING as advertised. They said "Cashmere Sweater" and we received a polyester sweatshirt

Zero stars. Do not buy anything from Gantnier! You will not receive what you ordered, it will be a cheap, badly made item in manmade, shoddy fabric. ‘Return it for a refund’ you say, impossible, they will not give you a return address no matter how many times you email. Fraudsters! Facebook should remove them from their platform.

Products nothing like advertised and no response to emails. Avoid

I was suckered into purchasing a jumper by their flash website, actual article not even close to the photograph which showed a fully fashioned thick knitwear jumper.
The received item was made of thin jerseyknit material just machined together, no label similar to a £5 top of questionable origin (China)
Be warned don’t purchase as their return policy is non existent, just a scam company that should be banned.have photos I would love to display of what they advertise and what you get. Cheap rubbish !!
