Support was slow at first

Support was slow at first, then human without sounding like a sales script. I asked why bonus progress had not moved, and the agent explained the delay after a session. The bar updated later that night.

Used a reload bonus on Lightning Roulette and watched the progress bar like a hawk. It lagged behind during the session, then updated after refresh. Not instant, but the numbers finally lined up with the history page
