A spam got my email address blacklisted.
After a few tests suggested by AI, I narrowed down the issue and contacted Gandi with a brief description.
They responded diligently on the same day and triggered their partner for a fix, which I received the next day. After several tests, the fix worked and I could resume to normal operations.
This was my 1st experience with Gandi support.
Glad I had IA first to navigate the issue as the Gandi docs are not intuitive nor clear (ways to improve).
But then when triggered, support proved effective, fast and communicative. Thank you very much

Excellent service and product. Always responsive.

I asked for support to the Gandi helpdesk due to issues in receiving emails sent from specific senders to all the email addresses of my organization. The helpdesk was quick in replying, kept me updated about the developments as the intervention of a Gandi's antispam partner was required, and the issue was fixed in a few days.

Alex was great. I didn't understand how to do something and Alex showed me every step of the way.

I have been using Gandi since I first started using hosts. I actually used a different host for a couple years and quickly returned.
They are that good. Solid. They are the embodiment of what the web used to be. A web of values not charlatans, upgrades and scams.
They are hands down the best online company I have ever had the pleasure of being a customer. From customer service to solutions, they make it so much better.

The Service was great in getting my issue resolved! There was concern having heard about the newer owners, and was expecting the worst, but I'm really pleased that the Support team not only solved the issue but did not soak me with extra charges!

Technical support for a problem with email spoofing was superb. Overnight response with a clear easily understood explanation of what was happening, why, links to, and explanatory notes on how, to adjust settings to protect my accounts from future attacks.

The customer service is very quick in its replies, and moreover and more importantly: competent, patient and very committed to finding solutions. The backend can sometimes be a bit complex for inexperienced users, but with the great support, this is no problem. Thank you!
