Product was exactly as pictured. Ring was well made without specifying extra quality i expected. Shipping was well within reason and he used Fedex instead of the weird unreliable international shippers that can not be tracked accurately.

I purchased a custom made 18k aquamarine and diamond ring. The beautiful aquamarine has much more color than the typical aquamarine I've seen in jewelry stores and the diamonds although small are bright and sparkle. Its exactly what I wanted and Zee provided excellent customer service throughout the process.

Opn payments wont process with my bank in america but pay pal works just fine. So was just a hassle when the opn payment declined. I would like to know more about how the "make and offer" works. This is my 2nd purchase, and havent purchased anything over 100 bucks for skeptical reasons..

All spoilt by Aquamarine being heavily included along entire length on one side, looks like ice cracking, stone colour does not match photo colour. This inclusion was not in the gemstone description which only stated SI clarity. It looks terrible.

What's worse is the seller trying to justify the stone quality and covince me it was in the description and that the non matching colour is a better colour.

It's insulting, disgusting and idiotic to throw away future business and to treat a customer like a fool.

No transparency in the deal here with a serious lack of details.

Watch the seller try justify all the errors.

You say you will refund me or exchange the stone if it’s received in the same condition. The stone received does not match the description in the first place.

The colour of the stone is nothing near what you showed in your listing. Enough of your lying please, you are deceiving people with your empty promises and incorrect listings.

You can cover up all you like Farooq, it’s called fraud. I must spend more money to return your dodgy stone in order to get a refund. I must pay extra to get refund to pay for your shady dealing. You just lost a huge amount of business.

There are several complaints against you so I’m not just the only one.
