SCAM ON DUOLINGO SUBSCRIPTION

I payed for an annual subscription for Duolingo and they sent me an invitation link to join a family membership, but the link is invalid and after many tries to contact the GamsGo Support, they never replied to me.

So I basically paid for a service that I never received. SCAM.

DONT WATE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Worst customer service ever avoid the headache, they never answer your questions, they say your subscription it’s gonna take a couple of hours, then a couple of days. Nowadays they have a really bad service don’t waste your time and money here.
